REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS, PRUNING OF TREE BRANCHES, RESTRANING OF CONDUCTORS AND OTHER RELATED ITEMS UNDER AOR OF GE (A) BHUJ AT MIL STN BHUJ AND KHAVDA

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/ stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as speicifed and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as speicifed and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as speicifed and directed.

M & L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of LT cables punning after filling complete as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class , LV , Type I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in treches over under ground cables complete all as speicifed and directed.

S & F GI pipe, light grade, of size 50 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe, complete all as speicifed and directed for cable protection .

S & F GI pipe, light grade, of size 40 mm dia including necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall/pole for LT cable protection and taking down the old GI pipe, complete all as speicifed and directed for cable protection .

Material and labour for bring the van mounted full automated underground cable fault locator machine at site for find out LT cable fault in underground completely all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Fault machine,cable & T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (b) Cable jointing kit for LT is measured separately

M&L for refreshing of incomming and all outgoing XLPE cable of any size including excavation for removing cable loop , refreshing of exsiting all cable by removing insulation ,including removing old damaged lugs and fixing of suitable size lugs, PVC conncetor,dressing of all cables . nuts ,bolts,washer to all incomming and outgoing MCCB , insulating all bare conductor with insulating cable of suitable colour complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for restraining of LT Over head aluminium conductor of any size including taking down aluminium conductor and refixing the same conductor to insulator including aluminium binding works for connceting insulator and conductor , tighting of pin insulator , MS channel refixing of outgoing conductor ,removing all old unservicable tapping from pole complete all as specified and directed .

supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repiars the following items and disconnecting,taking out the old unserviceable one, including necessary replacemnet of lugs ,nuts,bolts lugs , cutting existing CRCA sheet of any size and capacity wherever reqd :-

M&L for removing shrub and creeper on electrical pole ,electrical panel ,at substation ,chain link fencing on hardstanding pcc complete all as specified and directed .

supply and fix in repiar on load changeover 415V 160A with enclosure, disconncetion & taking down and reconnection with proper size of lugs complete all as specified and directed .

supply and fix in repiar on load changeover 415V 250A with enclosure, disconncetion & taking down and reconnection with proper size of lugs complete all as specified and directed .

supply and fix in repiar on load changeover 415V 400A with enclosure disconncetion & taking down and reconnection with proper size of lugs all as specfied and directed.

Maintaning of LT over head lines by trimming the of tree branches tuching to the HT/LT over head conductors lines upto 03 mtr away from the live conductors surrounding area complete all as specified and directed . Note :- cost of labours deemed to be including cutting the tree branches and depositing the tree branches away 50 Mtr away from the poles or as directed at sie complete.

Dismantling of old deteriorated ACSR Conductor , of any size , any type and supply and fix aluminium conductor , steel reinforced (ACSR) , of any size, any type , as per existing one and stringing properly on the insulators and binding with aluminium wire , connectors , jumpers etc complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Measurement and payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and adding 3 % for sag , jointings, jumpers etc.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, Prestressed cement concrete pole 9 mtr long confirming to IS-1678 (latest) with minimum cross sectional area 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom , class - 10 ,removing of old pole to side and refixing of MS channel , restringing of conductor, providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete( M&L)all as specified and directed. (Note -SSR part I clause No.19.5 & 19.52 and other relevant clauses of SSR refers for execution of work and poles shall be procured directly from the manufacturer mentioned in tender documents.)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete for poles/struts etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc., water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nut & bolts , washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, washers in any shape of size as indicated complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for LED light fitting for installation of 70 W ,230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete all as specified and directed .

supply and fix insulating type spacer for LT over head line including nut bolts washers complete all as specified and directed .

supply and fix and heating of insulating PVC sleeve of size suitable for LT cable of szie 25 sqmm to 180sqmm as per colour code including refreshing end of cable on pole or LT panel complete all as specified and directed .

Supply install testing,commissioning of CRI tested Copper earthing electrode of length 3 metres, 40mm dia and back fill compound of 50kgs ,and conductive gel to retain moisture should be filled layer wise and inter connceted by exothermic brazing & copper strip of size 32x6mm should be suppllied and fix upto testpoint protected by GI pipe of size 50mm dia up to test point including disconnection of old earth strip and fix to new chemical earthing, PCC earth pit of standared size as per SSR part-1 and submmision of earth results and painting of Date of test , value obtain at site and complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground lavel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground lavel connected to Galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of brash all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess and copper lugs etc GI protection pipe 40 mm dia medium grade including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earthing shall be tested as specified in casul 19.137 of SSP PART - I 2009 , to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) On testing after complataion of earthing , if the desired earth resistance is not obatined the earthing wiil be re done by the contractor at his on risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engr - in - charge.
