M & L for point wiring using 1.50 sqmm size, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade, IS-694 single core multi-stranded (FRLS-H) copper conductor cable in proper colour coding drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade (not less than 20 mm dia) with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed, sunk cast iron or 1.6 mm thick pressed modular steel terminal box for mounting fittings i.e, modular switch / sockets incl cover plate with frame including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size stranded FRLS-H copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly incl cutting and chases pinning in for concealed conduit wiring and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for the following: -

(a) One light point point /bell buzzer/ ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one-one way switch.

(b) One three pin 5 Amp socket on same board with other switches.

(c) One three pin 5 Amp socket on independent board

(d) All as per item No 5.01 above but for two way wiring

Supply and fixing Vertical Loadline sheet metal enclosure double door, Triple pole and neutral (TP&N vertical loadline) AC, 415 volts, 08 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 54 & IK 09 protection, with the inbuilt provison for fixing of 1 No MCCB 160Amps Capacity and 24 Nos MCB's inside of DB, with metal door and flush to wall including grouting and cutting in existing wall and making good disturbed surface with two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing BLDC Ceiling fan complete with blades, down rods, electronic fan regulator and accessories 230 Volts, 1200 mm sweep, min air delivery 210 CFM five star rated with BLDC motor, super energy efficient, including provision of flexible cable 3 core of suitable size from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation commissioning and testing of 160 KVA transformer,step-down 11/0.433 KVA, outdoor type, vector group DY-11, powder coated, copper Wound,3 phase,4 star rating wire 50 cycles per second,oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes,core type delta connected on primary (HT Side) and star connected on secondary (LT Side) having tapping -7.5%, -5%, -2.5%, 0%, +2.5%, +5%, +7.5% to be changed by means of hand including first filling of oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV,

the max temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 50 degree cntigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by the resistance method after continous full load run in ambient temperature the transformer shall confirming to IS-1180/2014 (level-3) all standard operating complete with standard fittings and accessories such as breather unit , drain out valve,roller,conservator oil tank of suitable capacity with level indicator , exhaust vent ,temperature gauge,pressure gauge etc and mounting complete all as specified.

grouting etc all as specified and directed with the following Work also includes provision of suitable size of cable glands,cable lugs,nut, bolts,washers etcThe bottom portion of enclosure shall be minimum 0.6 mtr above ground level and 0.3 mtr below ground level of legs of angle iron ). Totally Type tested Panel as per the latest standard IEC 61439. The panel should have Busbar clearance of 25 mm for Ph to Ph and 19 mm for Ph to neutral, Zero Stray voltage doors and panels, polyster glass support for insulation. The cable alleys should be 300 mm wide and it should be fitted with hinged door that open up to and angle of 95 Deg. The provision of cable entry should be from Bottom.

The IP protection of panel should be IP-42 for external and IP2X for internal with 3B as Form of sepration. Panel should be suitable for sesmic zone V. The panel should be equiped with suitable size of CT and display meter for VAF measurement.

Supply and erection in truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) with cast iron base frame, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection , including writing of pole number complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (1) All excavation & earth work as involved shall be measured & paid seprately. (2) PCC foundation and Coping as involved shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

Supply and fix in replacement of bracket made out of GI tubing single piece not wleded bended at proper angle of size 40mm dia,light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide to the bracket etc complete.including 1.0 sqmm 3.0 core flexible Copper cable in PVC conduit with clamp from juction box to connecter of street light fitting.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 60 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp.

Supply and fix pole box size 450 x 300 x 200 mm fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet having 4 Nos aluminium busbar of suitable size with 1 No. MCB SP 6 Amps front openable hinged cover outdoor type weather proof suitable for mounting on steel pole including fixing MS clamp 02 Nos with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.
