Survey and Investigations on the condition of existing School building, roofing, indoor halls, play field; documentation of existing utilities (water, drainage, electrical, fire-fighting, Solar rooftop installations and rainwater harvesting). Preparation and submission of Inception Report covering survey findings, soil exploration, analysis of survey and condition assessment; identification of deficiencies in existing facilities;

Preparation of minimum 3 design options for modernization of school building/ construction of new school building, classroom, gallery, playground and other sports facilities such as basketball court, football court, badminton court, etc., office buildings, Gym and indoor facilities; parking and landscaping options including Solar rooftop installations and rainwater harvesting; Electrical/genset & multifunctional halls rendered views and 3D walkthroughs; incorporation of energy efficiency and universal accessibility; submission of Conceptual Design Report (for (A)Puducherry, (B)Karaikal, (C)Mahe & (D)Yanam).

Preparation and submission of Draft Detailed Design Report including detailed architectural drawings for upgradation of school building/ construction of new school building, spectator galleries with play fields, amenities (toilets, , changing rooms, control rooms), up gradation of playground, Office buildings, indoor sports facilities, supporting infrastructure (roads, drainage, electrical arrangements, landscaping, fire safety, accessibility, Solar rooftop installations and rainwater harvesting); preliminary BOQs and cost estimates as per PWD Schedule of rates of 4 regions respectively with multiplying correction factor 0.973 and local market rates; submission of Draft Detailed Project Report (for(A)Puducherry, (B)Karaikal, (C)Mahe & (D)Yanam).

Preparation and submission of Detailed Project Report incorporating 4 sites including Final Detailed Design Report Good -for-Construction drawings, final BOQs and cost estimates, O&M guidelines; BIM model (LOD 300) for coordination;(for (A)Puducherry, (B)Karaikal, (C)Mahe & (D)Yanam)
