Overhauling of Main Derrick System on MFV Matsya Drushti

Amount

To undertake complete overhauling of main derrick as per the following SoW and Annexure-A to the satisfaction of HSL & ShipStaff.

Derrick Gear Boxes: Gear box to be dismantled, clean all the parts, renewed the bearings, oil seals, circlips, brass bushes, oil indicator, gear oil, operating lever, inspection covers, bearing covers, bolts, nuts, spring washers. Motor removal and refitment, alignment inspection to be carried out on all parts like gear wheels, shafts. After box upped gear box to be painted and fitted in position. All material and machinery works, consumables are in contractor scope only (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Derrick slew bearing housing: Derrick slew bearing housing to be opened, dismantled bearing parts, inspection to be carried out, DP test / MPI test to be done, if required bearing to be renewed. Bolts & nuts and spring washers to be replaced. Grease to be fitted, brass bushes, grease nipples, bearings to be replaced, housing to be painted and fitted back, motor removal and refitted and alignment to be done. Material procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Derrick Hydraulic System: Derrick hydraulic oil tank to be removed, cleaned, chipped and pressure tested, buildup works to be carried out, clamps to be manufactured and fitted in position. Hydraulic high pressure SS pipe lines (1/2” size) and (1” size) to be renewed with SS ferrule fitting, T-pieces, pipe line (SS) 20 mtrs to be renewed as per existing lines, material procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Derrick Hydraulic Valves and Hand pump: Hydraulic valves (1” dia and ½” dia) with hand lever to be renewed as per samples, hand pump to be overhauled and operation showed to surveyor and ship staff. Hydraulic pressure gauges (5), hydraulic valves – 6 Nos, hydraulic hand pump (1 No) to be procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Derrick hydro motor: Hydro motor to be removed, dismantled all parts, inspection to be carried out, replace the bearings, seals, circlips, end fittings, hydraulic hoses (10 Nos) and box upped, operating shown to ship staff. All material procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Derrick pulleys: Derrick pulley to be removed replaced with new, clamp welding to be done, aligned with rope and main pulley, all pulleys procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Derrick winch drum: Winch drum to be overhauled, job included, removal, chipping, buildup, machining, painting, bearing / bush renewal bolts & nuts renewal and fitted back. Material procurement and fitment in contractor scope.(Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Electrical Motors along with control panels: Electrical motors & control panels to be overhauled, job included, removal, chipping, painting, bearings renewal, bolts & nuts renewal and fitted back, alignment to be done, motor end covers, cooling fans, terminal box along with limit switches to be renewed, system to be proved in operational condition, material procurement and fitment in contractor scope (Contractor has to quote for material/spares at line item sl.no. 1.9 of BoQ).

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for materilas/spares/consumables for above entire Sow(Sl.Nos.1 to 1.8) and Annexure-A. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.9) against third party/OEM invoice.
