ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR DAY TO DAY ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS OFFICE BUILDINGS, RESIDENTIAL COLONIES AND SUB-STATION FLATS OF DTL.

Providing of Wiremen Grade-1 for attending day to day electrical complaints which includes all types of electrical works, replacement/repair of faulty/burnt wirings, mains panel boards, inverters, street lights, tube light/other light fittings, providing of new power/light points, insulation test of 11/ 0.415KV transformer, starters of motors, switches, sockets, MCBs, door bells, fans (excluding cost of rewinding), batteries & any other work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. This also includes providing of complete range of T&P, travelling expenses to various locations along with material required for attending to complaints and providing of sundry material like iron screws, rawl plug, wooden gitti, fuse wire, dhoti etc. for which no extra payment will be made to the contractor. (Unit = Nos. of Wiremen x Nos. of months) i.e. 7 Wiremen for 24 months.

Providing of Electrical Helpers to assist Wiremen for attending day to day electrical complaints & this also includes travelling expenses to various locations. (Unit = Nos. of Helpers x Nos. of months) i.e. 7 Helpers for24 months

Rewinding of burnt ceiling/wall fans/Exhaust fan motor, single phase 230 volts, including replacement of ball bearings/bush, capacitors & connection plates etc., as required.

Repairing of oscillation mechanism of wall mounted fan including replacement of parts & oiling etc., as required. The replacement of spares/parts shall be of branded make as per existing machines.
