It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal.

Bidders offering their own manufactured make shall mandatorily submit an OEM Declaration on the manufacturer's letterhead along with their bid, certifying that they are the OEM of the offered product and make. Bidders offering a make other than their own manufactured make shall mandatorily submit a Tender-Specific OEM authorization along with their bid.
