TESTING, CALIBRATION AND CERTIFICATION OF FLOW METERS INSTALLED AT HBL SUGAULI SUGAR MILL AS PER BELOW SCOPE.

Testing, Calibration and Certification of Flow Meters installed at HBL Sugar Mill as per below broad job scope : 1. Type of Equipment: Flow Meters with electronic transmitter & totalizer 2. Details of the Flow Meters along with their range & make is given below. Magnetic Flow Meters : 22 Nos, Mass Flow Meters : 3 Nos of ABB Make 3. Calibration to be done at Factory Site as per CPCB/BSPCB Guidelines and applicable standards. 4. Manufacturer’s Manual to be referred while carrying out the calibration. 5. The Calibration certificate should incorporate all the below mentioned details: i. The Name and unique Sr. No. of HBL Instrument. ii. Date of Calibration and the Due date for Next Calibration. iii. Name and address of the customer has to be mentioned in the certificate as "M/s. HPCL Biofuels Ltd., Sugauli Sugar Mill, Sugauli" iv. The details of the reference masters used for calibration like Sr. No., Range, Standard Value for measurement, Accuracy, etc. The accuracy of reference standards used for calibration shall have better accuracy. v. Details of Traceability for the reference master instruments. vi. Standards/Procedure followed for calibration. vii. NABL Logo shall be affixed on the certificate. Testing, Calibration and Non-NABL Certification Charges of ETP dual Beam Analyser (EQMS), Make-Horiba

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for ETP Analyser, Make-Horiba for one year. Please refer to the scope of the Job for details. Minimum 4 visits in a year for checking, servicing and preventive maintenance of analyser.
