M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including cornices, plastered or unplastered by mechanical sander, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down oil & greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceilings, plastered or unplastered by mechanical sander, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down oil & greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using electric spray machine over a coat of primer applied over two coats of wall care putty of 1.50mm average thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine on old surfaces of walls, application to be done through authorised applicator or manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Asian product code-0079 or JK wall care putty or Birla white wall care putty.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall / chajja etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm including filling up all cracks and defects with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Height of building shall be upto 12.00 m.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall / chajja etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm including filling up all cracks and defects with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster on brick, stone walls, concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height(including parapet, chajjas and balconies) in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats distemperig with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification using electric spray machine over a coat of primer applied over two coats of wall care putty of 1.50mm average thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine on old surfaces of walls, application to be done through authorised applicator or manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces ceiling and applying two coats distemperig with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification using electric spray machine over a coat of primer applied over two coats of wall care putty of 1.50mm average thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine on old surfaces of walls, application to be done through authorised applicator or manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs UPVC ball valve of size 20 mm for UPVC pipe complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F in repairs ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20 mm - 210 gms), Bore dia of pipe in 20 mm, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) of 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including dismantelling of existing tank complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia pillar taps cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, chromium plated, fancy type screwed down, screwed for iron or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia chromium plated, fancy type stop / angle valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 500 & n exc 1000, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs/ cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning, repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.
