Keel protecting plate screw at front portion to be replaced & keel protecting plate make serviceable. (1 NO)

01 set sea chest non returning valves required to be replaced. (1 SET)

All defective side ‘D’ fenders to be replaced. (1 Job)

All side portable pneumatic fenders to be replaced. (04 Nos)

All railing to be check, defective and damaged portion to be replaced. (1 Job)

Canopy cover required new in heavy duty and canopy SS frame repaired. (1 Job)

Required canopy cover in all lights. (1 Job)

B. Services to be carried out :- In side passenger cabin and pilot house side wall required lamination and FRP work. (1 Job)

All FRP body including hull to be check and defective portion required to be repaired. (1 Job)

Rubber packing of Hatch cover of engine room, wheel house, crew cabin and front deck required to be replaced. (1 Job)

ANCHORING SYSTEM A. Parts required to be replaced :- 35 Mtr SS anchor chain 10 mm dia to be provided. (1 No)

30 Kgs grapnel anchor with P.P. rope approximate 19 mm x 120 feet to be provided (1 No)

Anchor winch and lifting motor required to be replaced. (1 no)

CABIN Parts required to be replaced :- Pilot, passenger seat with back rest and hand rest foam & Rexene to be Replaced. (1 set)

Floor mat required completely replaced in crew cabin (1 Job)

Crew cabin mattress with cover, 04 bed sheets, Pillow with cover required to be provided. (1 Job)

WINDOW CURTAIN A. Parts required to be replaced All side window glasses curtain required new fitting with holder. (1 Set)

WIPER A. Parts required to be replaced :- Window Wiper motor along with blades and holder (arms) to be replaced (1 Set)

Window Wiper water spray system to be check and defective item to be replaced. (1 Set)

B. Services required to be carried out :- All accessories i.e. Turbo charger, water cooler, self-starter, fuel pump, fuel injectors etc required complete overhauling/ servicing / calibration and defective spare parts to be replaced. (1 Job)

All Fire hydrant, with accessories & nozzles required to be serviced and fire hose required to be replaced. Also, defective parts required to replace. (1 Job).

Engine alarms check, operational instruments to be made operational. (1 job)

Electrical fire pump/ Bilge pump complete overhauling with replacing shaft and bearing and impeller etc. Also, defective item to be replaced. (1 Job)

DG SET A. Parts required to be replaced :- 8 KVA DG set (Marine grade) required to be replaced with new version in same capacity with complete accessories of reputed brand for which availability of spare parts easily in market. (1 No)

One additional new 01 HP mono block pump to be provided for use in emergency basis (1 No)

FIRE ALARM A. Parts required to be replaced :- All fire alarm system to be service and be made operational and horn system made with 24volt, stainless steel small size dual (marine grade) is required to be replaced. (1 Job)

Defective wiring, switches, cables and sensors of fire alarm required to be replaced. (1 Job)

Fire hose box on aft deck found wasted, same to be renewed (01 No)

Deck D D fire pump found wasted, same to be replaced ( 01 No)

BLOWERS A. Services to be carried out :- All blower and exhaust motor to be to be replaced with same capacity and make. Also base of blower and exhaust fan be required to be replaced by SS & FRP ( 01 Job)

STEERING SYSTEM:- Hydraulic steering system to be overhauled and hydraulic oil to be replaced (01 No)

Solenoid switch required to be servicing ( 01 Set)

GEAR BOX (**New spare parts to be replaced from OEM/Authorised dealer spare parts) A. Parts to be replaced :- Both gear box complete overhauling & defective parts to be replaced.( 01 Set)

Both M/E gear box coupling oil seal, recommended gear oil as per OEM required to be replaced. (2 Set)

Gear oil cooler servicing and sensors to be replaced. (2 Nos)

PROPULSION UNIT (**New spare parts to be replaced from OEM/Authorised dealer spare parts) A. Parts to be replaced :- Propeller shaft to be replaced (fit with proper alignment) (2 Nos)

Rudder & Rudder Bush, ‘P’ bracket bush, foundation bolt, Sturn tube bush and gland bush required to be replaced. (fit with proper alignment)( 02 Set)

P’ bracket foundation hanging bolt to be replaced and foundation to be made water proof. (repair and realignment) ( 01 Job)

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT A. Parts to be replaced :- All navigation lights, deck light, wheel house light & crew cabin light, defective bulbs, switches, wiring (24 Volt and 230 Volt), Deck panel board defective switches and lights required to be replaced. (1 Job)

One Digital multi-functional display to be provided at appropriate place in cabin preferably at wheel house console. Also feed of all navigational equipment’s like RADAR, Echo Sounder, Magnetic Compass, AIS etc should be synchronised in above multifunctional display.( 01 Job)

360-degree marine type CCTV camera at mast to be fitted with complete display and UPS.( 01 Set)

B. Services to be carried out :- GPS system required servicing with calibration (1 No)

Magnetic compass required to be serviced and calibrate. (1 No)

SEARCH LIGHTS A. Parts to be replaced :- Search light required to be replaced. (02 Nos)

Flood lights required to be replaced with (LED). (1 Set)

LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT Life rafts required to be servicing and to be install on the roof of boat (if IRS permit) (2 Nos)

Hazardous duty life jackets to be replaced. (6 Nos)

Life buoys SOLAS approved with 30 Mtr life lines to be replaced. (4 Nos)

Distress signals of the vessel should be replaced. EPIRB, SART, AIS to be serviced & make operational. (1 Set)

FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT’S: All fire extinguishers required to be replaced as per FFA plan. (1 Job)

TANKS All tank air vents required to be replaced. (1 Job)

Fuel Tank to be cleaned, top cap to be renewed and leak testing to be carried out (02 Nos)

TOILET Toilet system required servicing: Pipe line of toilet to be cleaned, discharge motor to be renewed and toilet flushing and whole system required to be operational. Pressure water system to be overhauled & make operational. (1 Job)

One additional discharge motor to be provided as spare. (1 No)

AC & VENTILATIONS Air conditioning unit required servicing/overhauling, AC cooling pump required to be replaced and other air condition related defective item to be replaced, also refill refrigerant gas. (1 Job)

Operating panel board check and defective items to be replaced. (1 Job)

MISCELLANEOUS A. Parts to be replaced :- All DC bunks fans to be replaced (6 Nos)

All water tight door seal rubber packing required to be replaced and testing to be carried (1 Job)

Door defective locking system required to be replaced. (1 No)

Water leakage from wheel house roof and crew cabin wall side required to be repaired with roof sealing. (1 Job)

1 KVA Inverter UPS system required to be provided for emergency lighting. (1 No)

B. Services to be carried out :- Manual bilge pump required to be serviced. (1 No)

Visual/manual fuel pipe measuring system may be installed outside the tank to check the fuel level. The fuel supply line to both main engine and DG set be made completed. (1 No)

ELECTRICAL SIDE Insulation resistance (merger test) and OEM recommended preventive maintenance to be carried out and the following electrical items should be made operational/functional. All electronic components, controls and wiring used on engine and the boats are to be marine version complying with IP 65 rating. All electrical cable line (AC and DC line) is required to be repaired and make it serviceable by replacing defective parts. Also all line to be lying in cable tray. (1 Job)

All electrical panel board with line required checking and be in functional Condition. (1 Job)

Cabin and exhaust fans with toilet exhaust fan be checked and servicing and make operational. (Defective parts required to be replaced.) (1 No)

Multi Bty isolator 24Volt DC, 80 AMP 3 Pin, 2 Out required to be replaced. (2 Nos)

Shore supply socked to be renewed. (1 Job)

PAINTING Under water hull surface cleaning and painting Painting Scheme: Pen guard HB primer (Epoxy primer) 01 Coat – 100 Micron (DFT) Safe guard universal ES grey tie coat 01 Coat – 100 Micron (DFT) Sea Quantum pro-u light red- 01 coat – 150 micron (DFT) (Silyl Acrylate Anti-fouling self-polishing paint) Sea quantum pro-u-dark red – 01 coat – 150 micron (DFT) (Silyl Acrylate anti-Fouling self-polishing paint) Metal oxide paint & primer to jet units. Under water portion anti-fouling paint (Safe Guard Universal ES Grey, Pen Guard HB Primer, Sea Quantum Pro-U, Light Red, Sea Quantum Pro-U Dark Red) to be required as per international maritime organization (IMO) scheme. Painting should be done as above painting scheme: i. All above water painting as vessel requirement Above water level complete cleaning surface finishing and lamination wherever required and painting as per vessel painting scheme. ii. All vessel outer body required painting Vessel outer body cleaning and complete painting in disruptive pattern as per original painting scheme. Fire retardant paint inside the cabin and engine room to be carried out. (01 Job)
