Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing & applying Fire retardant painting system to structural steel works including surface preparation by removing rust using power tool, scrapping, grinding, sand papering and preparing the surface smoth, free of mill scale, rust, oxides, corrosion products and other foreign matters, etc. as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge and consisting of the following coats : (a) Priming Coat : Applying priming coat of two component solvent based polyamide cured epoxy zinc phosphate primer in two coats of total minimum dry film thickness (DFT) 100 microns (50 micrones per coat of application). (b) Intumescent coating : Water based Intumescent Paint System with approximate volume of solids 70 +/- 4%, confirming to BS 476-20/21 /EN 13381 and to provide minimum 120 minutes protection from cellulosic fire as per manufacturers specification over structural steel work at all heights & levels including scaffolding at all heights and applied in accordance to Manufacturer's Specifications & as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The thickness of intumescent coating shall be determined in accordance with the factor Hp/A section given by the paint manufacturer. (c) Top protective coat (finishing coat) : Providing & applying two or more coats of two component aliphatic acrylic polyurethane top finishing coat over the structural steel of total minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of 100 microns (50 microns per coat of application). Note : The entire paint system shall be of same manufacturer.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. (a) Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size - Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm
