Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard / dense soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated Chain link fencing of mesh size 100x100mm, diameter of wire not less than 3.4mm and weight not less than 1.43Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel and providing 2 coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer n.exc 10cm in girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooking endss and binding with MS wire 0.9 mm dia annealed all as specified confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, ach screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down barbed wire any specification and M&L galvenised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc as directed.

Preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed) trusses purlins and fastening (etc.,angle, channel,tubular section,round pipe) or flat section including distance pieces, MS plates/ gusset plates, cleats, hold fast etc. conforming to Gde of steel Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A/C or steel sheeting, any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with L or J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated A/C or steel sheeting, any guage of any description and in any position as in roof coverings and S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in ridge etc fixed with L or J hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mmx 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick, as in sub base for floor, finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as 75mm thick finished fair complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation etc n.exe 10sqm on plan in and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls, finished even & smooth without unsing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing old kerb stones and M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerd stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 300mm, Height (H) 300mm to 350mm, Thickness (T) 100mm and radius (R) 75mm.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing unserviceable materials from site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
