M&L for making plateform for DG Set using block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks & PCC (1:3:6) foundation concrete, 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 and 2 coats of cement base paint with allowable size for minimum hight from GL 1 feet and surface area not be less than 5.0mtr x 3.0 mtr complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven generating set 250 KVA, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design there by facilitating / easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. Compliance standard of DG set should be confirming to IS-8728. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-IV) latest norms/ regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories, acoustic enclosure, vibration pad, tools and spare,as provided by manufacturer, PCC foundation as per OEM to be paid under srl item no1 above all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :-

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF Panel OUTDOOR TYPE suitable for 250 KVA DG set factory made out of CRCA Steel 3.15mm thick Sheet, floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel should be powder coated with minimum thickness of 50 microns, after elaborate pre-treatment to form a long lasting characteristic. The control panel will be complete in all respect with fuses, wiring and labels etc, the following will be incorporated in the AMF Panel :- (i) Multifunctional meter digital (Amp + Volt + PF + Hz + KW + KWH) - 01 No. (ii) Alternator voltage monitor 01 No (iii) Main voltage monitor - 01 No (iv) Ammeter DG digital - 01 No (v) Voltmeter DG digital - 01 No (vi) Main Power contactor - 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps -01 No

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 50mm bore,medium grade, 6 metres length,buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than .6 metres below ground level connected with 20mm dia galvanised steel pipe by means of reducer and clampedwith CI checknuts through 4 mm GI earth lead passes from 15 mm GI pipe,Filling of earth pit by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and salt all as shown in electrical earthing plate No. 2 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion along with necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete. Note: GI wire with 15mm GI pipe, till 7.5 m included in the above rate.
