Supply of complete meal package for full one day meal per trainee as per the schedule given below: a) Morning Tea/ Coffee b) Breakfast (0800 Hrs. to 0930 Hrs.) i) Bread Toast (Big size 3 pcs or Medium size 6 pcs) with two eggs (boiled or omelette) for Non-vegetarian ii) Any one of the following items like - Bread Toast (Big size 3 pcs or Medium size 6 pcs) with Butter & Jam/ Puri (6) with Bhaji/ Paratha (3) with sabji/ Stuffed paratha (3) with sabji/ Chole Bhature (3)/ Masala Dosa (2) with sambar and chutney/ Uttapam (2) with sambar and chutney/ Upma (1 Medium Bowl approx. 150g.) with chutney / Idli & Vada (2+2) with sambar and chutney etc./ Cornflakes (Medium Bowl approx. 150g.) + Milk (150ml) for vegetarian NOTE : Trainees will be served any one of the item on b (i) or b (ii) on rotational basis. c) Tea/ Coffee at 1130 Hrs. d) Buffet Lunch (Veg) (1315 Hrs. to 1430 Hrs.) (Vegetarian Buffet Lunch as per the menu) - Roti, Rice, Green Salad, Dal, Papad, Raita/Curd, Two Vegetable items (One seasonal Vegetable and other Kofta/ Paneer/ Rajmah/ Aloo Green Peas/ Kari Pakoda etc.), Fruits (Banana/ watermelon/ Grapes/any other seasonal fruits as per availability) e)Hi-tea/coffee with light snacks like samosa(2), bread roll(2), bread pakora(2)/ veg sandwich(2) etc. at 1630 Hrs. f) Buffet Dinner (Veg / Non-Veg) (2000 Hrs. to 2130 Hrs.) Veg Soup, Roti, Rice, Green Salad, Dal, Papad, Raita/ Curd, One seasonal Vegetable, Sweets [Like Rasagulla/Gulabjamun/Kheer (Rice/ Sabudana/ Sevai) - 1 Medium Bowl approx. 150g]. plus One Veg. (Kofta/ Kadhai Paneer/Palak Paneer/Paneer Butter Masala/ Rajmah/ Aloo Green Peas/Kari Pakoda etc.) for vegetarian on rotational basis OR One non-veg item [Chicken/ Egg Curry/ Mutton/ Fish (Fix Quantity-Medium Bowl approx. 150g.) for non-vegetarian on rotational basis. NOTE :- In case of no strength on particular day, the contractor shall be paid for 4 trainees that day.
