Supply and install, testing and commissioning of diesel Engine driven generating set of 50 KVA capacity 3phase, 4 wire, 240 V, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz, AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures (should have salient features) modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torrent punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyester based coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating / easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be approved by National Physical laboratory as per central pollution control board(CPCB) latest regulation/ norms with fuel tank, battery & standard accessories & PCC platform of appropriate dimension for acoustic enclosure 30 cm above ground level as recommended by manufacture, vibration pad, PCC foundation, tools & spares as provided by manufacturer all as specified & as directed with the following specifications:

(C) INSTRUMENTAL PANEL CONSISTING OF:- (i) Auto mannual Starting switch with key (ii) Lubricating oil tempreture gauge (iii) Lubricating oil pressure gauge (iv) Battery charging ammeter (v) Bty chrging indicating lamp (vi) Hour meter with RPM indicator (vii) Safety control against high tempreture of water. (d) Automatic Control Panel:- Built in AMF panel for Automatic ON during power power failure and off while power is on with adjustable time delay, panel totally enclosed fabricated out of CRCA sheet 16 SWG over an angle iron frame made out of 50 x 50 x 6mm angle with removable side cover hinged front panel and rear panel of easy accessibility complete with internal wiring of suitable size copper conductor cable and cable glands for external connection and comprising of following :- (i) Main in coming MCCB, 4 Pole, 100 Amps, 36 KA, 415 Volt suitable for 50 KVA DG set (or as recommended by Manufacutrers) (ii) Multifunction digital meter (Amp+Volts+PF+Hz+KW+KWH) - 01 No (Recommended by manufacturers) (iii) Main voltaege monitor, Ammeter & voltmeter DG analog, power fuse link (iv) Frequency metre digital type - 01 No (v) HRC type instruments fuse (vi) LED type signal lamp for DG set/commercial power on off indication - 06 Nos (vii) Copper bus bar of suitiable size (viii) Circuit diagramed plate. (e) Foundation shall be of PCC type with the ratio of 4:2:1. The length and breadth of the Foundation shall be 1mtr more from the respective length and breadth of the DG Set. The height of the foundation shall be at least 2 feet high (1 feet in ground and 1 feet above the ground level).

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600×600×6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 2.65 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to body/neutral of plant/eqpt+ and protected by 50mm dia galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and 20mm dia water pipe GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete. Note : i). Charcoal dust and common salt shall be filled in layers of 15CM all around the earth plate. ii). GI strip will be laid connected to test point through plinth protection necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and brazing and welding deemed to be included in the item GI strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured and paid separately).On completion the earth resistance test to be carried out. If desired value of resistance (<5 Ohms) not obtained, the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.

Supply and install, testing off load type changeover switch four pole, AC 415 volts 50 HZ of 100KVA capacity with enclosure, side handle operated conforming to IS:13947 incl fixing on wall/panel complete Make-C&S/Siemens/Havells/HPL/L&T/Legrand/GE/ABB/Standard.

Supply and install LT panel board made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick outdoor pedestal type totally enclosed with front and rear opening, hinged doors with projected an raised platform of suitable size weather and water proof with necessary locking arrangement along with lugs, cable glands of various sizes of cables, danger notice plate, strickering of switch gears about termination of switch gears, cable connector for connecting multi cable located in cable chamber terminated from the switch gears and the nuts/bolts used are to be made of rust proof material, incl as per IS : 8623 tinned copper bus bar with insulators suitable for 3phase and four wire LTAC, 50Hz 415V 100 Amps all as specified and comprising as under:- (a) Incoming : S&F MCCB 4pole , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC, 100 Amps , 4 pole, 10 kA, - 01 No (b) Out going : S&F RCBO for earth leakage, overload and short circuit protection of rating 32 Amps DP -10 Nos (c) Changeover switch 100Amps 04 pole (d) Intelligent panel meter to measure voltage, current frequency, p.f, KWH etc with all connected CTs (e) LED indicating lamps with colour Red, Yellow, Blue - 01 set (f) Platform for panel board with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40mm graded crushed stone 15Cm thick in foundation brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class "B" old size bricks rendering plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3;6 type C1 using 20mm guarded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. Supply and lay, jointing, testing and connecting in repairs/replacement of LT cable of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty with multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe fixed to pole etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc all as specified and directed

M & L for river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exc.10mm over under cable for protection.
