Bilge sensors, keelson lighting and sluice valve indication sensors on DCI DR XI

Bilge Sensor, Lightings, Switches & Keelson Lighting:

Pump room and Engine room Bilge sensors & Bilge lights to be thoroughly to be checked. Necessary bilge light brackets, switches, sensor, sensor base/brackets and switch base need to be renewed / repaired if required. All sensor brackets and supporting arm / pipe need to be renewed with s.s pipe (20mm dia) and s.s plate (4mm x 4cm x 10cm). In center keelson (fwd) new sensor to be fitted and alarm connection given through pump room bilge sensor circuit. For this secured and sealed cable gland to be made from p/r to center keelson. Alarm simulation off all bilge sensor should shown to ship staffs. Also, all keelson light fittings and brackets need to be check and repaired if required / renewed. All ten in nos. Lights in keelson, should be operatioal condition. Totally 20 nos. Lamp fittings, 05 nos. Bilge sensors and 8 nos. Switches (for both keelson space and bilge purpose).

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned job, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. All materials vendor supply including lamp fittings and switches(both are water tight and heavy duty).Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at Sl.No.1.1 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Sl. No. 1.2 against third party/OEM invoice.

Sluice V/V Indication Sensor and Butterfly V/V Sensor:

All Sluice V/V (08 Nos.) and Butterfly V/V (04 Nos.) Indication should be in operational for open and close indication. Orginal v/v sensor should be made operational (do not depend from quadrant limit switches) during v/v's over hauling time in workshop. Ensure the v/v magnets should come in front of magnect switch pocket. All v/v indications to be checked through portable hydraulic jack. After completion, indication should be shown to ship staff in bridge console pannel.

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned job, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place.
