Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders of size range 5cm to 20cm on canal slopes in required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per directions of engineer in charge.

Preparing and dressing side slopes of canals for lining: In soils admixed with upto 40% shingle/kankar/ boulder all complete as per directions of engineer in charge

Providing and laying 10mm thick, 1 cement: 3 fine sand mortar slurry' on beds and side slopes (prior to laying In-situ concrete lining)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing, compaction by vibrator but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including removal with 12 mm thick plywood confirming to IS 4990:2011 Plywood will be supported on lock bars

Filling expansion joints (12mm wide) with special Impervious hot-pour including cleaning the surface of all dirt, disintegrated filler, weeds and foreign material etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for all works upto plinth level

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification. (1 kg of water proofing material in 50 kg of cement)

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS : 12200 for construction / expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete. Kickers (320mm wide, 5mm thick)

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 75 mm average thickness

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Silt clearance from canals Inclusive of initial lead and lift ( 50m & 1.5m respectively): Wet
