Telephone: Defective whether deck telephone in B-DECK fwd and aft, main deck aft stbd, near rescue boat and BT room to be renewed with new one and make it operational. Make: SCM, Model: EX-UE. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.

UPS system: 40 KVA -2 nos / 6 KVa -3 nos/ . UPS in sceintific battery room- Condition of UPS , connections , wiring , PCBs to check and service UPS , renew spares as required . Battery banks to check for wiring , connection , measure values , replace weak batteries. battery under Vendor scope. 40KVA UPS make: EMERSON Network power, model: 7400M series. 6KVA UPS make: EMERSON Network power, part no: 522700630030.

Earth failure: Earth failure alarm showing in DP UPS-1 AND 2 same to be checked and rectified. Make it operational. All required spares are under Vendor scope. UPS MAKE: EATON, TYPE: UPS EATON 3KVA MKVI, 230V AC, PART NO: 364237, SERIAL NO: 1658000195, I/P: 230V AC 50HZ 13.9A BATTERY: DC 96V 36A, OUTPUT: 230V AC 13A 3KVA 2.7KW.

ALDIS LAMP CHARGER MAKE: HAIXING MARITIME ELECTRIC GROUP, TYPE: CXD8-CDX. I/P-230VAC, O/P-24VDC, ALDIS Lamp charger not working properly and charging volttage getting 34V DC instead of 24V DC. Same to checked and defective components to renewed. All spares/materials supply under Vendor scope.
