Resource management for sewage treatment plant installed for Md Accn area and booster sewage pump house at Makarpura with one FGM in three shift of 08 Hrs and (ie 1st shift from 0600 h to 1400 h, 2nd shift from 1400 to 2200 h and third shift from 2200 h to 0600 hr) including sundays and holidays all as directed.

Sewage treatment plant consisting following items :-

RAW SEWAGE PUMP AND MOTOR, Make : Johnson, of Capacity - 3 HP - 02Nos.

AIR BLOWER MOTOR of Capacity -17.5 HP , 220 m3/Hr - 02 Nos.of Make :- Usha.

FILTER FEED PUMP of Make - Kirloskar.- 02 Nos.

TREATED WATER PUMP - 04 Nos. of Make - Kirloskar.

Raw water non clog submersible pump motor-01M(at Booster Sewage Pump)

Main pannel board consisting of the following :

125Amps change over switch 4 poles on load type

MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts cap-100 Amps -03 Nos

Voltmeter,Ammeter -01 Nos each

indicating lamps-01 set

Necessary inventatory shall be taken both the parties at the commencement of work and completion of work with regard to fittings and fixtures in the sub station.

Note For item Ser item No 1

The contractor shall employ FGM cum Elect shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experience in the trade from reconized government institution from recognized government institution.

Staff shall remain on duty and shall not leave installation without Staff will relever and proper handing/taking over is signed.

Log Sheet/Log Book of Plant running and running of DG Set handing/taking over register attendence register, shall be maintained proper and form shall be issued & printed form by the contractor.

Installation should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look (ie) clearing the grasses, any other unwanted materials in and around sub station otherwise necessary recovery at the quoted rates shall be charged if the installation is not cleaned or dust particels is deposited on equipments.

Contractor shall carryout normal maintenance of pums/motor/all sewage equipments/Gen Set such as checking oil level, gland packing, oiling, greasing of all moving parts, cleaning of terminals and charging of battery tightening of nuts and bolts greasing of manning parts, applying petroleum gally to battery terminals, powering distiled water in Gen Set etc.

T&P such as torch light, spanners, screw drivers, cotton waste shall be issued to the operator without any extra cost.

Tradesmen shall take preventive measure and shall use protective clothing as per code of practice of IE rules and deptt will not be responsible for any type of ontowards incidents.

Negligence of duty during Resource managements, maintaining of records shall be considered essential and any defeciency found during contract period same shall be viewed in the concerned and necessary compensation shall revied as per the contract procedure.

Contractor shall ensure that no tradesmen shall work continously more than 48 hrs in a weak

No one should be absent on duty, if any one found absent a recovery at the double rate of the quoted shall be chargeable.

Contractor shall provide lift insurance of minimum 1 lac to all the employed man power & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of accepance.

Necessary documents like Attendance Register, LogBook Register, ITI Certificate for the tradesmen, proof of wage payment in the bank, proof of EPF and ESI payment, Group Insurance etc shall be produced to the dept at the time of claiming payment without fail. No payments shall be entertained by the dept in the absence of the said documents.

The electrician cum FGM shall perform any duties entrusted other than specifically mentioned in contract detailed by JE E/M of AGE E/M.

Supply only poly electolyte chemical for disinfection of raw sewage water, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only alum ferric base chemical for disinfection of raw sewage water, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only poly aluminium carbon chemical for odour removal of treated sewage water, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sodium hypochloride liquid chemical for treated sewage water, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Note :- i. Test certificate showing chlorine percentage must be produced by the contractor at the time of delivery of chemical. ii. Chemical must be procured as per the site requirment and as per the date of mfg and expiry date and contractor shall remain responsible for deliverying the same at various pockets at his own cost. iii. Container of 35 Ltr shall be required.

Supply and fix in repairs of PVC flexible pipe (heavy duty) of size 80 mm dia for sewage system, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB 100 Amps 25KA 4P, 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairsMCCB 63 Amps 25KA 4P, 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of Orthodoline solution bottle in 500ml for chlorine testing complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for dismantling/taking out non clogg sewage pump/ Monoblock pump set complete upto 3 HP to 5 HP and carrying out including repair/ replacement for defective parts such as bearing, shaft sleeves, gland plate, impeller, including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, filling of pump oil heavy grade , greasing of bearing, replacement of gaskit/ mechanical seal, rotor shaft job, shaft coupling, spider etc or any other part complete all as directed and reassmebling, testing & commissioning complete making it smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Note for above item No 11.00 :- 1. Rates for making arrangement for lifting up the non clogg sewage pump from inside well shall be deemed in quoted rates. 2. Once the motor pump set repaired, the contractor shall by default get the bearing, and other necessary parts changed and shall remain responsible for proper functioning of motor pump for complete one year from the date of repair. No extra cost will be paid to the contractor for any other repair work if at all required within this duration of two year. 3. The contractor should get the repairing work done at the installation in presence of MES rep and only the rewinding and rotor job to be done outside defence land.

M&L rewinding to motor stator winding of capacity 3 HP to 5 HP(monoblock/non clogg), 3 phase star delta by using best quality super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and existing Nos of turns including varnishing for 'F' class insulation and drying in heat chamber and refixing testing, commissioning complete so as to have same RPM, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding once done the contractor shall remain responsible for one complete year for proper function of Motor from the date of repair.

M & L rewinding to motor stator winding of capacity 1.5 to 2 HP, 3 phase by using best quality super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and existing Nos of turns including varnishing for 'F' class insulation and drying in heat chamber and refixing testing, commissioning complete so as to have same RPM, all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Rewinding once done the contractor shall remain responsible for one complete year for proper function of Motor from the date of repair.

Supply and fix in repair star delta starter of 7.5/5 HP motor capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of sewage incoming well of size 18 Ft X 18 Ft and depth 12Ft located at sewage treatment plant with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) such as pump set for De-watering and cleaning upto bottom of the well by manually with all complete safety equipment and masks for the persons doing the job inside well and lifting of sludge by means of Hydra and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance from 50 mtr of the site of the well and painting of full wall by two coat of emullsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rates for arranging machineries for carrying out the job deemed to considered in quoted rates.

M & L for scrapping/cleaning of outer surfaces of Pipes of any size and any type and Headers and spray painting with two coats of best qualitiy MS sythetic anticorrosive bitumin paint over one coat of red oxide primer(colour as per approval of Engr-in-Charge) complete including marking and writing details complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and Fix overload and single phasing Relay suitable for 9-13 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make: C&S TC1-D1810/ Havells/ L&T or equivalent make approved by GE

Supply and Fix Contactor suitable for 240V,20 A complete all as specified and directed. Make : C&S TR2-D09314/ Havells/L&Tor equivalent make approved by GE.

Supply and fix butterfly valve stainless steel shaft and MS body with crunch handle, PN-1.0 of following sizes :Make: Audco/Apollo/SURYA PRAKASH or equivalent make approved by GE.

S&F in repairs for flange of MS of any size any type complete with welding work with GI/MS pipe and fixing to existing pipe and flange complete with necessary nut bolts or equivalent make approved by GE. Note : Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary bolt, nuts, washers etc

Taking out old pressure gauge 0-2.5 kg/ cm²/ 0-60 Psi SS316 and supply and fix pressure gauge of same type(analog type) complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make WAREE or equivalent make approved by GE.

Taking out old pressure gauge 0-1 kg/cm²/0-15 Psi SS316 and supply and fix pressure gauge of same type(analog type) complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make WAREE or equivalent make approved by GE.

Taking out old pressure gauge 0-60 kg/cm² SS316 and supply and fix pressure gauge of same type(analog type) complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make WAREE or equivalent make approved by GE.

Material and labour for removing the old gravels and sand from sand filter and old activated carbon from carbon filter, cleaning the vessels from inside complete and supply and set as per below Bottom layer : 100mm thick of gravel of 20-40 mm nominal size. Third layer : 100mm thick of gravel of 12-20 mm nominal size. Second layer : 100mm thick of gravel of 2-6 mm nominal size. Top layer : 150mm thick of silica sand (1-2 mm size.) Activated Carbon : As per Site requirment. Complete vessel Note: Work for Sand filter and carbon filter vessels are considered in single job including filter leakage and welding ,bracing work (One each at MKP Area)

Supply and laying M S Pipes heavy duty (grade) with all fitting and fixture laid in floors or fixed to walls/ ceilings/ sewage well etc of 65mm bore sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The rate include taking down old UNSV pipe of any type any size. (ii) Fixing/ laying includes welding works as per the need of site. (iii) The rates of proper welding in and including flanges and smoothing the surface deemed in quoted rates.

Dismanteling and taking out unserviceable pitted GI/MS pipe from trenches, wall, sewage wells etc of 80mm bore size

Taking down old chlorine dozing pump in repair and supply and fix chlorine dozing pump with 100 strokes per minitue 230V 50 Hz with all fittings including PVC adaptors/connectors pipes complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Make: Milton Roy India(P) Ltd, Declibec or equivalent make approved by GE.

Supply and fix MS Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross(all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed Eng-In-Charge.

M & L for Cleaning Chambers/Ducts/Raw Water Chamber/oil And Grease Chamber/Mb Reactor 1 &2 /mixing chamber/treated water tank/ located at sewage treatment plant (Located At Makarpura) with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) such as pump set for De-watering, tripod, chain pully, rope, steel bucket, phawara etc all required for completion of Job for cleaning upto bottom of the well and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance from 50 mtr away from the site of well complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for dismantling the Blower set complete of up to 17.5 HP and carrying out repair/replacement for defective parts such as bearing, shaft sleeves, gland plate, impeller, including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, filling of pump oil heavy grade , greasing of bearing, replacement of gaskit, mechanical seal, rotor job etc etc complete all as directed and reassmebling, testing & commissioning complete. Note: 1. Rates for making arrangement for lifting up blower motor shall be deemed in quoted rates. 2. Once the motor set repaired, the contractor shall by default get the bearing, and other necessary parts changed and shall remain responsible for proper functioning of motor pump for complete one year from the date of repair. No extra cost will be paid to the contractor for any other repair work if at all required within this duration of one year. 3. The contractor should get the repairing work done at the installation in presence of MES rep and only the rewinding and rotor job to be done outside defence land. 4. Item Rate Include Allinment of Shaft , Servicing of Motar ,servicing Of Blower ,Servicing of Gear Box,Grease Required at job Work include in unit Rate

General Notes for items No 02 to 31. Unit rate quoted by the contractor against various items of Schedule ‘A’ BOQ shall, interlia, be deemed to include for any minor details of construction which are obviously and fairly intended and which may not have been specifically included in the tender documents but which are essential for the execution and completion of works. In case of difference of opinion between the contractor and the GE as to whether or not, any item of work constitutes ‘Minor details of construction’; the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exeeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/ laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete as per electrical plate NO.3 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and incl galvanised iron or steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by mneans of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 15 mm dia light grade and connected to main switch board or main control board watering pipe shall be 20 mm dia GI medium grade incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit, CI Frame, RCC covers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core including taking down all UNSV cable of any size any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Rewinding of 7 Hp submersible pump 3 phase 415 volt with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size/gauge and providing insulation including taking out the existing wornout winding, varnishing, heating, replacement of suitable bearings, mechanical seals, gaskets, rotor shaft job, packings etc or any other spares complete testing all as required for completion of JOB all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Contractor shall remain responsible for proper functioning of motor for one year from the date of return of repairing from workshop and will get the repairing re-done without any extra cost if motor pump set doesn't work for the entire one year. (ii) Contractor will get the assembling job done inside AF area and will only take the motor out for rewinding and rotor job only rest replacement of other parts will have to be done in presence of department inside AF area.

Taking out old non return valve and S &F Non Return Valve for sluice valve of size 100mm dia complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand gently punning below/ around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measure and paid.

M & L well burnt bricks sub class 'B' as in protection of cable laid dry, flat abutting each other width wise all as directed
