13.46.1:Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

15.12.1:Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below

OD77739/2026-2027:Providing and fixing Pressed Steel Door frames 90 x 60mm conforming to IS: 4351 manufactured from prime qualitybright CRCA Steel sheets/ Galvano steel sheets of 18SWG or 16SWG (1.25mm/1.6mm) thickness including Hinges jamb, lock jamb, head and if required base tie and then mitred the corners,welded to the size as per specifications and fitted or welded with adjustable legs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 125 x 2.5mm and provided with mortar guards, shock absorbers and lock strike plate as specification and pretreated,phosphated and then applied with suitable primer with Pressed Steel Door Shutter made out of 20 SWG prime quality bright CRCA steel sheet /Galvano steel sheets pressed to profiles of 75 x 30mm for shutter outer frame and embossed and stiffened sheet for inner plate assembled together by welding/riveting and then pretreated,phosphated and finally applied zinchromate metal primer including fixing all hardware fittings such as Aldrops,Tower bolts,Hinges, door closers and Handles etc as per the schedule of hardwa re fittings also including all cost of conveyance charges fixing charge at the site etc complete.

13.53.1:Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given an even shade:New work (two or more coats) including coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.
