Providing and fixing S.S. body automatic liquid soap dispenser of jaquar make Code: (SDR-BLC-DJ0160AS) or Hindware including cutting and making good the walls, wherever required complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of 15 mm dia angle valve of make jaquar make Code: ( AQT-CHR-3053) / Hindware CODE: F850030 with C.P. brass wall flange with any other items complete including unplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions of 45cm length & 15mm nominal bore complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing toilet paper holder of jaquar make Code: (ACN-CHR-1153S) / Hindware CODE: F880003including cutting and making good the walls, wherever required complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing beveled edge 5 mm thick Clear mirror of superior glass (of approved quality,size, shade & colour etc.) fixed on 12 mm thick water proof plywood of (Saint Gobain / Modiguard ) make to complete fixing on the wall with frame backing or studs with nails and screws and required adhesive at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Sample of Mirror shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge).

Providing and fixing 5mm thick toughened lacquered glass (Saint Gobain / Modiguard ) of appropriate size and design complete fixed on the wall as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Sample of glass shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing wall paper decorative including fixing on walls etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. (Sample of wall paper shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge).

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801, UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP - R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Deduct for Dismantling and takeaway of toilet cubical unit made with 12mm thick compact laminated board i.c the fittings etc complete and take away of toilet cubical unit. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.

Dismantling of Sanitary Fixtures Urinal/Wash Basin including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing bottle trap of Hindware make Code: F850015/ jaquar make of code ALD-CHR-769L300X190 as required and complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in wash basin counters with 6mm thick culutred Marble (Korian Marble) of approved brand, fixed over 16 mm thick water proof plywood on counter to be fixed over 304 grade SS frame(steel work will be paid seperately) with all mechanical fixtures and fastener as per manufaturer's specification and guideline including facia and back spalash area as per approved drawings and site condition. The quoted rates shall be include fixing of solid acrylic surface over 16 mm thick water proof plywood with suitable adhesive , moulding of edges , with all taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Extra on above item no 21, for providing and fixing under counter wash basin of Jaquar make, code:FNS-WHT-40701 of size:595x410x200mm/ or Hindware of approved colour and design and as per site condition as directed by Engineer-Incharge in 6 mm thick acrylic solid surface. The quoted rates shall be include fabricating and instalation in line with item no 21 with all necessary fixtures,silicon sealants, moulding of edges,flushing of joints etc complete as per direction of Engineer In charge.The wash basins to be fixed as per drawing and design approved Engineer In charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick frosted toughened glass (Saint Gobain / Modiguard) of appropriate size and design complete fixed on the wall for urinal partition with suitable patch fitting at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Sample of glass shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge).

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./PVC/Vitrious China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge
