Annual Maintenance Contract for Electrical Maintenance at Stage-I SgTPP (2X300 MW) for Two (02) year

Cleaning of bag filters, surge hoppers, nuvafeeders of A, B & C stream.

Each Nuvafeeder top gate, bottom gate seat, disc & fluidizing tiles checking/replacement and cleaning.

Checking of each nuvafeeder vent valve, equalizing valve, venting & equalizing line, vent hose & nuvafeeder body fluidizing pad then if necessary dismantling and replacement.

Surge hopper wall body welding checking, repairing and strengthening for A, B & C stream.

Checking/replacement of each transfer hopper fluidizing tiles, top & bottom swing disc gate valve and vent & equalizing valve. Checking of swing disc gate valve both side bearing, if required then replace

Checking / repairing/replacement of Square tiles with gasket of surge hoppers for A, B & C stream.

Checking/replacement/cleaning of total filter bag of FAE tower i.r.o A, B & C stream including pulse jet bar.

Wetting head nozzles, collector tank inside & tailpiece checking/replacement for A, B & C stream.

Wet mode air washer nozzle checking/replacement for A, B & C stream. Ash cleaning inside of air washer.

Dry air washer nozzle (16 Nos.) checking/replacement. Ash cleaning inside of air washer.

Checking & replacement of double disc swing gate valve at inlet of air washer (wet & dry) and at dry mode vacuum relief valve position.

Replacement of collector tank cone

Replacement of bottom pipe of collector tank of A, B & C stream.

Fluidizing airline flushing/cleaning for ESP hopper & FAE tower and conveying line flushing to the nuvafeeder body pad.

Checking/servicing/replacement of 8 inch & 10 inch TERSG valve including associated match piece.

Checking/servicing/Replacement of Air intake valves of vacuum line.

Fly/dry ash line bend, elbow, match piece, weir piece & Tee checking/replacement i.r.o A, B & C stream.

Checking/cleaning/replacement of bags of vent filter, fluidizing airline flashing, telescopic spouts overhauling of each silo.

Fly ash line replacement including 8” & 10”.

Replacement of different size (up to 250 NB size) of water lines.

Taking necessary steps towards protection of solenoid valves and its coils during water jetting inside the ESP.

Dismantling and re-installation of all the 40 nos. Ash Intake valves adapter of the ESP hoppers and replacement of gaskets of those adapters if necessary and necessary action towards protection of vacuum lines during water jetting of ESP.

Vacuum line dismantling, checking and cleaning after water jetting and re-installation of 2A, 2B & 2C stream below ESP hopper and water cleaning of vacuum line from air washer to vacuum pump house.

Replacement of 200 NB BA slurry pipe line from bottom ash hopper area to ash slurry sump as required.

Replacement of 250 NB dry ash conveying pipe line (2X, 2Z) as required.

Replacement of 300 NB common ash slurry line of U#2 near FAE tower after seal box towards ash slurry pump house as required.

Checking and replacement of pressure conveying line coupling gaskets of 2X & 2Z line of 250NB & 300NB line.
