750 KLD Sewerage Treatment plant at new GGH Vjw

Providing Comprehensive Maintenance of the existing 750 KLD Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) including operation-related maintenance and supply of all required chemicals, consumables, essential spares and replacement materials necessary for proper and uninterrupted functioning of the plant. The scope shall include motor winding/rewinding charges, and all other minor spares and consumables required during the period of operation and maintenance. The item shall also include the cost of dismantling, servicing, repairing, testing and refixing of equipment. The scope shall further include laboratory testing of treated sewage/effluent samples and submission of test reports for the following parameters,pH, TSS ,TDS ,TS ,COD, BOD for 750KLD Sewerage Treatment Plant(Approved Rate in APMSIDC Head Office )

Providing Round the Clock Operation and Maintenance of the 750 KLD Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) including deployment of ITI Certificate Holder / STP Technician in suitable shifts, considering 1 Job = 8 Hours of Duty in Each Shift, for operation and routine maintenance of the STP and its associated electrical, mechanical and power systems; maintaining daily operation, maintenance, equipment, chemical consumption and electrical records/log books; watch and ward of electrical power supply systems, control panels, motors, pumps, blowers and other associated equipment; routine inspection,mixing of Chemicals , monitoring and reporting of abnormal conditions, defects and breakdowns; minor servicing and maintenance required for continuous and safe operation; cleaning of STP collection tanks and removal of algae, floating matter and other unwanted materials from all tanks as required; including cost of all necessary tools, instruments, testing equipment, essential minor spares, consumables, labour charges, transportation and conveyance of materials, tools and equipment, insurance, statutory requirements and all other incidental charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
