Demolishing of RCC, PCC by mechanical/hand means and stock piling at designated locations, chipping, etc. and disposing off all the debris outside the plant premises, stacking, serviceable and unserviceable material so separately including cutting, reinforcement, etc. complete as directed.

Demolishing brickwork masonary by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material disposing of all debris outside the plant premises at the risk and cost of the contractor and as directed by the Engineer.

Dismantling existing steel work in built up section upto a maximum height of 20 mtrs consisting of chequered plate, beam, channel, angles, railing pipes, gusset plates, bolts, nuts by cutting rivets, welding by unloading safely at ground and transporting within a limit of 500 mtrs. including cost of providing M.S. pipe double scaffolding system on the exterior side upto 20mtr height etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Earth work in excavation in all types of soils for foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth outside the plant premises at risk and cost of the Contractor, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providng and applying 6 mm plaster on cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete work i.e. on over head & under ground tank R.C.C. wall, ceiling surfaces with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of approved make,including cost of suface preaprations, making patch repair of plaster up to 10 to 15 mm, including cost of providing M.S. pipe double scaffolding system on the exterior side upto 20mtr height etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of approved quality in foundation, plinth, payements, (plinth beams and under floor)including ramming, leveling, curing, form work wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying brick masonry using burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 for walls/pillars/steps/trenches, etc. at all levels & in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 including cost of raking of joints, curing, including providing RCC band at indicated levels (RCC band will be paid separately), etc. all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside surface proportion over brick masonry walls upto 15 mtr. height and concrete surfaces including raking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing & applying on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. on Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives including cost of providing M.S. pipe double scaffolding system on the exterior side upto 20mtr height etc. complete as per directed by Engineer In Charge.

Repairs to RCC structural members, concrete surfaces/RCC from finish surfaces, using SBR/Polymer comprising of following operations: i) Breaking cracked/spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal of debries outside colony, etc. complete all as direceted by the Engineer-in-Charge. ii) Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping/wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone. iii) Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1.5 by volume to the reinforcement bars.a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20mm in a day (proportion-cement 50 Kg. :silica + river sand 37.50 Kg. + 87.50 Kg. = 125 Kg. : SBR polymer liquid 10 ltrs.(SBR Liquid Dr.Fixit Pidicrate Urp) with necessary bond coat (SBR : Cement = 1:1.5 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using SBR polymer including curing, covering the flooring/wiht tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of SBR plymer mortar and cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly o completion of repair work ,including cost of providing M.S. pipe double scaffolding system on the exterior side upto 20mtr height etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: - 1) Measurement shall be taken as per Kg consumption of polymer liquid only for above mentioned operation. 2) Polymer required for the work shall be issued by the Department under Schedule 'B'.

Providing & fixing on Exposed or concealed surfaces the following dia. Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPC) pipes,having thermal stabilty for hot & cold water supply,including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings,including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting such as Union, Niples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc. CPVC Pipes and fittings of Supreme make including cost of providing M.S. pipe double scaffolding system on the exterior side upto 20mtr height.(Mode measurement: - The measurement shall per Unit RM length of pipe line laid or fixed. The measurement shall be taken along centre line of pipe. No measurement shall be recorded separately for fittings, etc.)

Providing and fixing in position 80 mm dia. Heavy duty heavy pattern screw down gun metal Gate Valve conforming to I.S. 778 with hand wheels at top including testing for 10 Kg./Sq.Cm. Pressure with clean and portable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours, etc. including removing gun metal Gate valve & returning to Dept. Stores, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all heights upto a maximum height of 20 mtrs. With welded/bolted connection to all structural steel works for platform, stairs, ladders, beams, joints, bracings, columns, built up Section, etc. by using plates, beams, channels, angles, pipes, etc. conforming to IS 2062 of approved manufacturer like SAIL/TATA/Vizag/JINDAL, etc. including cost of all material labours, tools land tackles, machines, safety appliances, scaffolding, eltc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, including cost of providing M.S. pipe double scaffolding system on the exterior side upto 20mtr height etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Fabrication from existing dismantled section by cutting from old pipes, plates, angles channels, gratings etc by welding, erecting in penlion upto 15 m height, including cost of transportation labour consumables tools machine etc. and painting with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable prime etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting and erecting M.S. black pipe hand railing (medium grade) around structural steel platform and on both sides of the stairs conforming to IS-1239 consisting of top rail 40 mm dia nominal bore and middle horizontal pipe of 32mm dia nominal bore with approvximately one meter height upright member of 32mm dia nominal bore at 1000mm distance C/c including all joints, bends, toe guard base plates including providing and fixing 100 x 6mm flat toe guard and painting with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer all inclusive, including cost of providing M.S. pipe double scaffolding system on the exterior side upto 20mtr height etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing in position upto a maximum height of 20 mtrs. M.S. gratings made out of MS flats of 25 x 6mm as main bar @ 40mm C/c and cross bars of 12 x 5mm @ 100mm C/c including edge bar of 25 x 6mm having necessary cutouts for platforms, landing walk way stairs treads etc. at all heights all complete including welding providing and fixing necessary clips to fix in position with structural supports and finished with two coats of Epoxy paint (two or more coats) of approved make and shade over a coat of suitable primer, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
