Repair to potholes n.exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth by applying tack coat@ 5Kg per 10 Sqm putting in bituminous macadom well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadum, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n. exc. 30mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix Bituminious macadam, laid /rolled and (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) thick binder content @ 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/rolled compacted to req gradient & camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG 10) grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight by total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller, using paving bitumen 80/100 complete all as specified.

M&Lfor preparing concrete/bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (continuous/unintrrupted) arrows, letters etc exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials not less than 5 kg per 10 Sqm all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS COLOUR NO 356) over a coat of primer complete all using painting machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.
