OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY AND EM INSTALLATION AT (ALG) ALONG UDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI.

Providing services at (Along) for Manning, Operation and maintenance of Main receiving Installations Comprising of LT Panel and transformers 315 KVA - 02 Nos and fixing of Burnt out HT/LT fuse, all cables & Joints alongwith all connected accessories including entering and maintenance of Electrical readings of main incoming and outgoing feeder voltage, Ampere, Power factor details etc on hourly basis, APSEB breakdowns/load shedding/shutdown, MES Breakdown/ Load Shedding/ Shutdown in registers/documents, lodging elect complaint and cleaning of installations, maintenance of earthing pits of all the equipment & plants carrying out regular testing of the equipment and maintaining of the earth testing registers etc in all respect by employing One skilled Electrician / Operator per Shift of 08 ( eight ) hours in 3 (three) Shift Per day round the clock for 24 hours including Sunday & Holiday, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge in-Charge. Note 1. Refer particular specification for detail of work to be carried out during working period.

Providing services at (Along) for Manning, Operation and maintenance of DG Sets near ATC and pump house by employing one skilled pump operator per shift of 8 (eight) hours in 2 (two) shift round the clock for 16 hours including Sunday & holiday, alongwith all connected accessories, cleaning of installations in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge from time to time. (a) Pump House is having Submersible pump 05 HP-2 Nos including chloropower plant, filtration plant complete with BP dozer, OH tanks including pumping, valve control, chlorination, back washing of filtration plant and daily testing of PH Value of water sample, collection of liquid chlorine/bleaching powder etc from department as per the frame time given, maintenance of log sheet/document of pumping hours, voltage, Amp etc in all respect during 2 shift for 334 days complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge from time to time as specified. (b) DG set at Pump House of capacity 320 KVA 2 Nos complete with LT panel, cable, accessories including the maintenance of log sheet/documents of DG set, operation hours voltage, Amp, frequency on mains failures and collection of diesel from department for day to day requirement complete all as specified and directed. (c) All as per item No 1 (b) here-in-before but capacity 35 KVA 1No. Note 1. Refer particular specification for detail of work to be carried out during working period.

Chemical analysis (Turbidity, PH, total hardness, iron, chlorides, sulphates, Fluorides, Nitrates, Calcium, Arsenic) of Raw water (before filtration and after filteration) for pump house at ALG Along from regional Reasearch laboratory, Jorhat including collection of water arrangement for sending the water, for testing and submission of the test report complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : For set of one bore well (both after & before treating) will be measured as one job.
