Organizations and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

RequiredThe Bidder shall provide items should be genuine spare parts of KCPL make and their respective part numbers should match with part number mentioned in the Schedule of materials

RequiredAftermarket/Equivalent spare parts even with the same Part number as the genuine spares will not be considered.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered.

RequiredResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED.
