Annual Maintenance of MDRs in (R&B) Section, Pittalavanipalem for the year 2026-27 ( MDR Package No 07)

Providing B T patch work to the specified thickness as directed by the department using 40 mm size I R C gauge HBG metal and 0.13 cum of 9.50 mm to 11.20 mm HBG M/ c chips using a total quantity of 42 kgs of Bitumen 80/100 grade Bitumen per i cum of metal cutting the existing pot holes to rectangular shape with verticle sides or as directed by the department, removing loose aggregates, brushing cleaning dusting the existing road surface, heating and spraying bitumen for tack coat as directed by the department, pre mixing bitumen and metal, spreading the pre mix in flush with the riding surface, hand packing sectioning to proper camber, rolling with Power Road Roller, laying bitumen to the top surface as direced by the department etc, complte including cost and conveyance of metal, Bitumen and all labour charges, hire and operational charges of boiler and other small T & P cost of fire wood, Kerosine and other incidental charges etc,. complete for B T patch work.

Providing BT patch work to the specified thickness as directed by the department using 9.5 mm to 11.2 mm size IRC gauge HBG M/C key chips using 72 kgs of 80/100 grade bitumen for 1 cum of chips and .15 cum of stone dust cutting the existing pot holes to rectangular shape with vertical sides or as directed by the department, removal loose aggregate, brushing cleaning and dusting the existing road surface, heating and spraying bitumen for tack coat as directed by the department, pre-mixing bitumen and metal, spreading the premix in flush with the riding surface, hand packing sectioning to proper camber, tamping with heavy rammers, laying bitumen to the top surface as directed by the department etc. complete including cost and conveyance of metal, Bitumen and all labour charges, hire and operational charges of boiler and other small T&P cost of firewood, kerosine and other incidental charges etc., complete for B.T.patch work.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with manually in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with power toad roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Clearing juliflora (Prostis) jungle including uprooting and removing of juliflora stumps including all labour charges etc,. Complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting with two coats with 1st quality of Synthetic enamil paint including cost and conveyance of all materials like enamil paint, sand paper etc,. To site and all labour charges for preparing the surface painting etc,. Complete . to KM stones including letters

Engaging of Men Mazdoor for removal of dead and wind fallen tress and vent clearance of culverts & Bridges as directed by the Engineer -in Charge , for finished item of work
