Dy.FA&CAO/W&S/GOC, EMD PAID BEFORE BID OPENING WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED. The bidder shall be exempted from the payment of, EMD only if the bidder submits a valid MSME certificate (UDYAM Registration Certificate or NSIC Registration, certificate or DIC Registration Certificate).The Primary Service Category accepted for EMD exemption for the, bidder registered through UDYAM Registration is 1. General cleaning of buildings, 2. Other building and industrial, cleaning activities, 3. General household maintenance activities like grooming of floor, dusting, cleaning of, utensils. 4. Cleaning activities, 5. Human resources provision and management of human resources functions. For, the bidder registered through NSIC Registration certificate or DIC Registration Certificate, the submitted, documentary evidence must be in support of registration under the appropriate category of 'Services related to, manpower outsourcing'. Under MSE category, for this bid, only Service Providers for Services are eligible for, exemption from EMD. Traders/Manufacturers are excluded from the purview of this Policy, for this bid. Firms with, major activity registered as either Manufacturer or Trader, despite having NIC codes for primary service category, mentioned above, will not be considered for EMD exemption.
