Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.

Taking up/down 150mm bore existing AC/CI/GI tubing alongwith fixed connections and fittings and keeping in safe custody the serviceable items for reuse and removal of unserviceable items from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying 150mm dia ductile iron (DI) pressure pipes with spigot and socketed ends, class K-7 , ISI marked (IS 8329-2000), internally lined with cement mortar as per IS 8329-2000, externally coated with Zinc 130gsm and finishing layer of bitumen (70 microns) as per IS 8329-2000, jointing with and including rubber gasket joints; including fixing of fittings like bends, tappers etc with and including suitable jointing material, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make of DI pipes & fittings: Electro steel castings / Jindal Saw Pipes / SKF brand / Surya Roshni Ltd. / Lanco Industries Ltd.

M & L for Cutting the existing line up to 150mm dia and inserting Tee 150x150x150mm with connecting items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only DI fittings like bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight /bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch cross, collars, caps & plugs for size upto 300mm bore of DI pipe. Make of DI fittings: Electro steel castings / Jindal Saw Pipes / SKF brand / Surya Roshni Ltd. / Lanco Industries Ltd.

S&F cast iron sluice valves with flanged ends, class I PN 1.6, heavy duty, ISI marked, drilled type, non raising type, IS-14846-2000 mark, including iron wheel, stainless steel spindle, complete with suitable rubber insertion 3mm thick at both ends with and including nuts, bolts and washers, fixed with and including suitable joints; fixing & jointing connected fittings like tapers,etc. including suitable jointing material for 150mm dia DI pipe. Make of sluice valves: Kirloskar / L&T / Venus / Leader / Zoloto

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed block coping cells etc. all as specified for Feeder pillars

M&L for construction of valve chamber with MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame of size 50x50x6 mm and locking arrangements including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 in foundation, PCC benching 1:2:4 type B-1, PCC (1:5:8) block masonry 20cm thick in cement mortar (1:6), 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, PCC bed in (1:3:6), painting one coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminous black paint on all steel surfaces all as shown on drawing No. CEAA/TD/57, sheet No. 1/1 and as specified and as directed of size 1050mmx750mmx1000mm includiing dismantled existing chamber complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for concrete bed around the drain /di pipe including packing under the completely sorrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
