REPAIR TO MANHOLES AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS ETC AT CGRA NALIYA AND ICGS JAKHAU UNDER AGE (I) (CG) JAKHAU

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage system / pipe line of dia upto 200mm at any depth including cleaning of connected manholes (any type rectangular / square / circular) located in different situations / sites, taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same original position after and getting out liquid / sludge / solid contents from the manholes / sewage line and complete perfect function / running / flowing condition without any obstruction by removing all blockages in system using pressure jet cleaning technology & super suction machine only, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including removing of all waste material out of CG land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Rate for getting out of liquid, sludge/ other materials from manholes / lines and removal is included in unit quoted rate)

De- sludging from septic tanks and soakage wells of any capacity, size and depth including dewatering and disposal of sludge etc and taking off the manhole cover and placing in the same position after taking out sludge through mechanically sewage suction pump and safely store in covered container etc complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolly outside the CG land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dewatering of existing manhole/septic tank will not be measured only solid material will be measured.

Desilting/ de-sludging from manhole n.exc 1.50m depth with dewatering including carriage of sludge from manhole mechanically and disposal outside CG land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Desilting/ de-sludging from manhole exc 1.50m depth with dewatering including carriage of sludge from manhole mechanically and disposal outside CG land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of bathroom / kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps / gully traps of all the mud / sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the cleaning eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud / sludge and getting out, including cleaning of SGSW pipe or CI pipe upto 1st manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Dismantling of brick/block masonry wall built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for precast PCC block masonry type in CM 1:5:8 with solid block exceeding 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 by using manufacture/washed plaster sand on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position as directed

M & L for precast concrete slab in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates set and jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M & L for CRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, TMT bars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in coping supported on wall, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L DWC pipe of 150 mm dia complete laid in trenches and jointed including testing along with necessary jointing material tees/union/socket etc complete all as manufacturers instructions including taking down of old pipe.

M&L DWC pipe of 200 mm dia complete laid in trenches and jointed including testing along with necessary jointing material tees/union/socket etc complete all as manufacturers instructions including taking down of old pipe.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m soft /loose soil in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in approved earth including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in foundation in Soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using(40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete)

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes of dia 150mm after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes of dia 200 mm after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays for 100 mm dia bore pipe, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete.
