DrNTTPS-Upkeeping of A type, B1 to B6 quarter

Maintenance of parks, lawns, shurbs, ground covers, hedges, bush plants, flowering trees etc., at different locations of A&B type quarters by engaging labour to carryout all maintenance activities like watering, dewatering, preparation of basins, trimming, pruning, manuring, pest control, mowing the lawns, etc., daily as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, all labour charges, all tools such as sickles, axes, hedge cutters, water hose pipes etc., complete for finished item of work. (work involves engaging 3 Nos. unskilled labourers daily).

Maintenance of border plantation at A & B type quarters at different locations by engaging labour to carryout all maintenance activities like watering, dewatering, preparation of basins, trimming, pruning, manuring, pest control, mowing the lawns, etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, all labour charges, all tools such as sickles, axes, hedge cutters, water hose pipes etc., complete for finished item of work.

Up-keeping/ cleaning of floors, walls of all rooms of A, B1, B2 & B4 quarters including mopping of floors, cleaning of toilets, bathrooms, terrace, regular cleaning of paving areas and drains alround the quarter, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (work involves engaging of 4 Nos. unskilled labour daily).
