Annual Maintenance Contract for Operation, servicing, monitoring, supervision of the entire Electrical system of pump motor (Submersible, Centrifugal, booster etc.) related to supply of water in IIMC Campus (1 year duration).

Round the clock Operation along with allied checking, testing thoroughly (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) of all type / size 3 phase submersible pump, terminal box, starter, cable line, electrical connection, automatic distribution panel, 3 phase Boosting Centrifugal pump and allied electrical jobs incl. minor repairing, cleaning of panel, terminal box & all other allied instruments as per direction of Engg. In charge (Manpower should have valid Electrical License on a mandatory basis & should also be thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced in running similar type of system).

Miscellaneous non schedule electrical repairing work and procurement of allied materials to be executed as per necessity on emergency basis in connection with Panel , starter , relay , contractor, single phasing preventer , electrode , water level controller , volt meter , ampere meter , signal lamp , 1.0 sq mm single core flexible wire HRC , fuse & link etc. as & when required. (Agency has to submit Valid Tax invoice for materials and 10% profit will be paid to the agency on it). NB: Material should be checked & verified by electrical department before fixing.

Procurement of Emergency Material related to Pipe line(Suction side) i.e. GI Pipe, elbow, socket, Gasket, Valve, coulpling and any work which is not mentioned in schedule but are required to be done by the agency.(Tata/Jindal) (Agency has to submit Valid Tax invoice for materials and 10% profit will be paid to the agency on it). NB: Material should be checked & verified by electrical department before fixing.

Servicing of Motor- Opening, checking of , Over hauling, replacement of bearing/bush, (SKF), heat varnishing, motor housing,motor base nut bolt checking etc and assembly in proper alignment of following :-

(a)1.5 HP open well submersible motor.

(b)10 HP open well submersible motor.

(c)5.5 HP boosting /vertical motor.

(d)10 to 15 HP boosting motor.

(e)20 HP boosting motor.

(g)10 HP boosting Pump motor

Servicing of Motor & Pump (like Motor winding , housing, shaft re- metalizing, grinding) with Servicing of Pump(like bearing replace, shaft replace, Impler,Grinding, bush replace,gland packing, machining side complete with painting and refixing) etc of the following :-

(a)1.5 HP open well submersible pump with motor.

(b) 10 HP open well submersible pump with motor.

(c)3.5 to 5.5 HP boosting pump with motor.

(d) 7.5 HP boosting Pump with motor

(e)10 to 20 HP boosting pump with motor.

(f) 5 HP boosting Pump with motor

(g)10 HP boosting Pump with motor (SP)

(h)5.5 HP vertical Pump motor (PH)

Lifting / installing of bore well pump motor set.

Servicing of Pump(like bearing replace, shaft replace, Impler, Grinding, bush replace etc side complete with painting of the following :- Job also includes Motor and pump both are assembly, testing & running with o.k. condition.

Supply & Fixing of 8 Module MS box with cover 16 A switch - 1 nos , 16 A socket -1 no 10 A switch-2 nos, 10 A socket - 1 nos. with allied material (Anchor Roma).

Supply & Fixing of 20 MM PVC pipe with allied accessories.

Supply and laying 25 x 3 earth strip.

Supply & laying of 3 c x 2.5 sq mm Flat cable for borewell. (Polycab/Ancor/Finolex).

Supply & fixing of 6 mm SS wire rope with clamp for bore well protection.
