Does not contain any toxic ingredients. It is environment friendly and also categorized as green building product by Green Building • Calcium silicate has better thermal insulation and fire resistant properties which helps in reducing thermal losses and provide fire protection. • It has superior light reflection which reduces lighting requirement and enhance interiors. • Calcium silicate tiles are not affected by moisture, water and extreme of temperatures. Smaller grooves are better at attenuating high frequency sounds, whereas larger grooves are better at controlling low frequency sounds with requirted lineal perforation on side wall as per simulated drawings & designs.

The panels shall be Non FR grade with melamine laminate panels 2440mm x130mm x 18mm with 2.5mm groove at 14mm pitch, Tongue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having density of 400kg/m3, The Panel is fixed by using GI Framework spaced at 600mm centres @ 12 mm wooden ply strips framework spaced at 400mm centers with suitable hardware and the system is backline with 50 mm insulation and along with all accessories. Then 12mm Vinyl tracks are screw fixed on to the 12 mm Ply and Acoustics panel’s .Then the fabric is stretched over the Vinyl tracks. The installed system should provide NRC OF 1.00.Fabric colour as per Architect choice-Ref attached specifications for more details. The system to be installed on G.I studs 600x600mm centre to centre 2400mm X 50mm web thickness 0.5mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing of 50mm thick, 1000 GSM Rock wool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991 /Insulation and IS 15061-2002 for excellent results. Work complete in all respect as per the drawing to the satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Woven Vinyl flooring should have traffic classification 33 and weight of 2.7-3.5 kg/m2. Flooring should have caster chair EN-985 tested with color fastness of more than 6. It shoukld be ASTME662 qualified on Smoke density test. Product should be fire rating of the product should be Bfl-S1. Any Joints in flooring rolls should be sealed with cold welding. As per approved shade and colour as per the satisfaction of the Engr-in- charge.

Provides Slip resistance thereby ensuring adherence to safety norms. Where steps are covered with carpet, stair nosing ensures that the carpet stays in place. There are two stair edging trim options in aluminium or UPVC with thickness of 30-60 mm, 45-55 mm, they solve the purpose of Aesthetics, maintainance & Safety.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:4 and finished even and fair.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32X6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following : - (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

M&L for road cutting for laying cables in GI pipe all as specified and directed. Note: Laying of cables and GI pipe will me measured separately under respective items.
