Experience in feasibility study, DFR, DPR, financial modelling or PPP structuring for healthcare-sector PPP projects. (a)5 marks for each Eligible Assignment satisfying Clause 2.2.2(A), subject to a maximum of 20 marks.(b)The assignment shall involve feasibility assessment, DFR/DPR, financial modelling or PPP structuring for a healthcare-sector PPP project with an underlying project cost of at least INR 10 crore.(c)Supporting evidence may comprise any one or a combination of the documents permitted under Clause 2.2.2(A).

Experience in bid-process management for healthcare-sector PPP projects, including preparation of RFP/concession documents and bid evaluation. At least one assignment submitted across Criteria 1.1 and 1.2 shall relate to cardiac care or a Cath Lab, and at least one assignment under Criterion 1.2 shall be a successfully closed healthcare-sector PPP transaction. The two requirements may be satisfied through the same or separate assignments.(a)5 marks for each Eligible Assignment satisfying Clause 2.2.2(A), subject to a maximum of 20 marks.(b)The assignment shall involve healthcare PPP bid-process management, including preparation of tender/concession documents and bid evaluation, for an underlying project cost of at least INR 10 crore. (c)An integrated transaction advisory assignment may be counted under both Criteria 1.1 and 1.2 where the supporting evidence establishes performance of both scopes. The mandatory transaction-closure requirement shall apply independently. (d)Supporting evidence may comprise any one or a combination of the documents permitted under Clause 2.2.2(A).
