M & L for Dismantling of Metal Halide Flood Light 150-200 Watt along with its clamps, wiring from syntex box to light and broken syntex box all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F LED flood light 100 Watt, IP-66 protection, flood light-with High Lumen output fitting with exclusive innivative designed, long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium body and luminaire with high power LED as light source complete suitable for highlightening architectural fixed with suitable size of channel, GI clamps having two coat of enamel paint, Nut Bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Havells Cat part No.JETAIRISFL100WLED757SYMLTG or Osram/Bajaj/Phillipse or equivalant as approved by GE.

S & F in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400x300x190 mm including with 4 nos of copper busbar suitable size of capacity 100 Amps of length 200 mm fitted on insulators, MCB SP 'C' series of capacity 06 Amps-02 Nos, including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The cost of sintex box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size and making new lugs of cables of entry and exit as per site requirement. Make: Sintex Cat No GSJB-4030 or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for sub main wiring with two run of 2.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper cable 1100 volts conductor drawn through in steel conduit of 20mm dia (Heavy duty) not less than 1.8mm wall thickness with all accessories and one run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire with proper clamps from Sintex box to light fitting all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Two run of PVC cable with one run of PVC earth wire and one run of steel conduit shall be measured and paid as one length only.

S & F MCCB 3 pole, 415 Volt, fixed type 100 Amp with breaking capacity 16 KA including connections with bus bar in side of the syntex box all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. and connected earth lead wire to armoured of cable/earth wire on pole all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore , wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. Note: GI earth lead exc 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately.

S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on channel of over head conductor with the help of suitable arrangement for holding the earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised earth lead all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-charge.
