Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, including ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:5:8 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete

M&L for providing 35 mm thick (measured solid) precast concrete jallies type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old precast jallies

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall / chajjas etc in any position washing down with water and treating the surface from all loose dirt, chalk, grease, fungi, algae, flakes etc filling up all cracks and defects with CM 1:3 and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade of approved make all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris off the MD land

M&L for cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) In lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Dismantling of Steel Post/struts any section including taking out from embedded position and making good surfaces etc complete as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bollts incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of heavy duty galvanised mild steel wire, staples or staple pins etc as directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repairs stainless steel concertina coil fixed on angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia Gl wire all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe-290 (Gde E-165) in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer
