Providing services for day to day maintenance & attending day to day complaints of various rating & capacity WTAC, Water Cooler & Heat cum cold Split Air Conditioning unit & Ductable AC unit installed at various location of Delhi Vidhan Sabha /DIP / PAO 9 & 11, 9 Sham Nath / Agriculture marketing board / Estate Branch / Directorate of Education / Ludlow Castle Training Venue / Social Welfare Bldg / Juvenile Jail Majnu ka Tila or as per direction of department for Twelve months( 8 months summer + 4 months winter) etc complete with travelling expences between various sites as & when required. 1) AC Mechanic = 2 Nos. 2) Khallasi = 2 Nos.

Servicing, operation & comprehensive maintenance of following capacity Window/ Split/Cassette/Tower AC units (Hot & Cold), Water Coolers & Refrigerators of different makes including cleaning, washing from high pressure water spray electric machine, coil cleaning with van clean chemical and make system dry from air blower, oiling, greasing, replacement of defective blower, indoor/ outdoor motor, PCB, plug top & Socket, modular MCB 25/32 Amp, remote, starting/ running capacitor, starting relay, thermostat, propeller fan, condenser coil, cooling coil, drain pipe, condenser motor, gun metal water tap, float valve, 3 core copper conductor cable, excluding compressor & refrigerant gas charging, including credit for old dismantle material, as per term & conditions complete etc. as required. (a)WTAC/ STAC/ CTAC of 1.5/2.0/3.0/5.0 TR capacity and 120/150/380 liters capacity water coolers (590 + 40 + 28= 658 Nos)

Supply & Replacement of following Capacity Compressor of same type from existing WTAC/STAC/water cooler/Refrigerators units including dismantling of the existing burnt out/Defective Compressor with connection, interconnection of compressor with suitable size of suction and discharge copper pipe , Copper Strainer, capillary, nut-bolts and electrical wiring with leakage and pressure testing with nitrogen gas for 24-Hrs, Vaccumising and Charging with suitable same type refrigerant R-22/R-32/R-410A etc Complete as required i/c credit for old dismantle material under buy back. a) 1.5 TR (WTAC/STAC/Water Cooler/ Refrigerator)

b) 2.0/3.0 TR (WTAC/STAC)

Supplying and Charging of Refrigerant Gas R-22/R-32/R-410A gas in the split type air conditioning unit including pressue testing , leak detection, vaccumisation, replacement of filter and capillary testing and commission etc complete as required. a) 1.5 TR (WTAC/STAC/Water Cooler)

b) 2.0/3.0 TR (WTAC/STAC)

Dismantling and re-installation of existing 1.5-2.0 TR Split Type air conditioner unit after servicing and minor repairing at various locations as per direction of Engineer-in-charge along with connection with accessories, fixing of another / existing surface with clamp and required accessories i/c testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Dismantling and reinstallation of WTAC units of 1.5/2.0 TR i/c making wooden frame with supplying and fixing of 4mm thick commercial plywood all around the unit i/c testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Providing, Replacement & Laying of refrigerent copper piping (5/8" & 3/8" dia) from indoor unit to outdoor unit of split type AC duly insulated along with 2.5 sq.mm 4 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable and 20mm size of cotton thread ribbed PVC flexible pipe from drip tray of AC units to drain pipe i/c gas charging of suitable refrigerant etc. complete as required i/c credit for old dismantle material under buy back.

Supplying & replacement of M.S. outdoor stand floor / Wall mounting powder coated stand suitable for 2.0 / 1.5 TR Capacity Split type AC outdoor unit Complete etc complete as required i/c credit for old dismantle material under buy back.

Supplying & replacement of 25mm dia reinforced flexible PVC pipes alongwith accessories such as funnel in the existing AC, to be fixed on wall by providing proper fixing clamps etc. complete as reqd i/c credit for old dismantle material under buy back. (Rate should be quoted inclusive of Scaffolding arrangement)

Supplying & replacement of following size CPVC plumbing pipe with self socket and other accessories such as tee, bend, reducer etc. on the existing wall by providing proper fixing clamps, to be fixed with Window / Split AC's installed at different location complete as reqd i/c credit for old dismantle material under buy back. (to be fixed at a height of 3 mtrs to 14 mtrs) (Rate should be quoted inclusive of Scaffolding arrangement). a) 50 mm Dia

Running, Operation & Maint of 34 HP VRV/VRF (Voltas) system with 8 nos. 4 TR capacity Cassett type indoor installed at Gadhi Exbihition Hall & 100HP VRV/VRF (Carrier) system with 10 nos. 1.6 TR capacity Cassett type indoor and 12 nos. 1.6 TR capacity High wall type indoor installed at CM Office, and Ductable VRV/VRF (carrier) 4 nos. 12 TR capacity high ductable type AC installed at NeVA Sewa Kendra i/c testing of pipe/gas connections, cleaning, washing etc. completed as reqd. i) AC Operator -1No. ii) Helper - 1No.
