Description:- Charges for general safe guarding, maintenance, cleaning of entire building and surroundings, garden and all equipment and materials inside and outside the rest houses and providing hospitality services for the period of 24 months from the date of issue of acceptance letter viz., i)Cleaning and moping entire carpet area of building using with perfumed sanitatizor/floor cleaning liquid, after sweeping. ii) window sill cleaning and washing - once in fortnight. iii) Window glass to be cleaned once in a week with soft soap liquid. iv) Wash basin should be cleaned with antigerm liquid every day. v) Bathroom and closet to be cleaned with disinfectant every day. vi) Bath tub to be cleaned every week with antigerm liquid. vi) Cup board are maintained and provided with fragrance sachet once in fortnight. vii) Window curtains to be washed once in fort night.(which is to be paid separately). viii) Utilities like Plates, cups and tray should be cleaned after usage. ix) Glass

provided with toiletries, cosmetics (like sample soap, shampoo, paste, tooth brush and comb) xi) One popular English News paper to be given for guest in every morning. xii) Front portico should be broomed and cleaned every day and surroundings. xiii) Rent collected from occupants should be remitted to the booking office of station in consultation with SSE/W.
