Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for trenches, foundation and getting out.

Returning , fillinig, including spreading levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers in soft/loose soil n. exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material(soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft/loose soil.

M & L for sand filling in trenches including watering and consolidation. Note: Punning thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply & lay ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, flate size 250mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore Galvanised iron tubes light grade for cable protection complete all as specified.

S&F 80 mm bore Galvanised iron tubes light grade for cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 400 KVA Transformer naturally cooled, ONAN with external cooling tube, 11 KV/433 volts, step down outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase LT 433 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire corrugated off circuit tape links of rating + 7.5 to -7.5% @ 2.5% by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear transformer copper wound, double wound, oil immersed naturaly cooled with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-11 (vector group with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +/-2.5% and +/-5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degee centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding ring when measured by resistance after continuous full load run in ambient temp as per IS-11171. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180-2014(Level-1) with standard fitting & accessories, IS-2099 for high voltage porcelian bushings and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fitting with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit all as per IS-2026 including all necessary PCC foundation / block masonary platform as directed by OEM.

(i) Three Nos procelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers. (ii) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for receiption/taking out of 1 No. suibable size LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & sheathed, heavey duty armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete. (iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (iv) De-hydrating breather with first fill for dehydrating agent (Sillica gel). (v) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain cast steel detachable rollers. (vi) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsuis with metal guard having maximum perimeter temporature reading indicator with re-setting device. (vii) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm galvanised iron earth strip earthing of body. (viii) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (ix) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

All as per item No.16 and notes at Sl No.16.01(i) to (ix) above but for 500 KVA Transformer

M&L for maintenance free earthing with the help of mechanical boring machine of 150 mm dia 20 mtr depth including supply and fix 160 mm dia (O.D),UPVC pipe 6 Kg/sqcm rating -06 mtr long with the help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01 No, Supply and fix 20 mtr 50 mm dia perforated GI pipe medium grade lowering in borewell with the help of T & P having suitable hole for providing good condutivity of earthing and including M & L for providing 32 X 6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 mtr long complete protected with 40 mm light grade GI tubing and connect with equipment by nut bolt and bore well earthing with the help of suitable size GI nut bolt and washer etc complete including charcoal, dust, salt fill in bore well for earth conductivity and covering of borewell with PCC (1:2:4) typr B-1/Brick masonry pit of size 45x45x45x cm complete all as specified and give the minimum earth result below 1.0 Ohm to provide any chemical etc as required complete job all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Earth strip and GI protection pipe up to length 7.5m shall deemed to be included in rate of above item.

S&F galvanised iron strip 25 X4 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including jointing with rivets, bolts, nuts, washers etc all as directed by EIC complete.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing suitable machinery/ equipment including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M & L for transporting transformer 200 KVA to MES Store yard as directed within 2Km distance by disconnecting HT/LT cables earthings etc as directed and reconnectuing HT/LT cables,earthings etc. as directed. Note:- All T&P required for transportation shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S & F distribution board (DB) , double door type made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet ) dust and vermin proof DB , VTPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar , 415 Volts with in built MCCB 63 Amps , 16 KA , 1 No. earth bar IP 43 protection.

S & F RCCB of 4 pole, 40 Amp rating with sensitivity of 30 mA suitable for 415 Volts

Note: Three runs of 6.0 sqmm copper cable and two run of earth and neutral will be measured as one RM.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC (FRLSH) insulated copper cable multi-stranded conductor 4 Sqmm drawn through in and including casing caping of suitable size as directed by Engr-In-Charge on surface of wall / ceiling with all accessories with 4.0 Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, connected to common earth dolly. Note: Three runs of 4.0 sqmm copper cable including casing caping will be measured as one RM.

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with two pole MCB of 20 Amps 240 Volt

S & F 3 phase sub meter corded electric LCD display 10-60A, multi color all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge/GE.

S&F sheet metal boards of size 80 cm x 100 cm x 20 cm made out of 2.0 mm thick cold rolled cold Annealed (CRCA) sheet treated two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer after necessary preparation to surfaces complete with locking arrangement, meter fixing arrangement, and fixing the boards concealed/on surface complete all as specified and directed by EIC

S & F in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm of make sintex, Cat No GSJB-4030, WITH 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 Nos MCB SPN C series of capacity 06 Amps as approved by the EIC including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- The cost of sintex box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC (FRLSH) insulated copper cable multi-stranded conductor 1.5 Sqmm drawn through in and including ERW steel conduit of suitable size as directed by Engr-In-Charge on surface of wall / ceiling/pole with all accessories with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, connected to common earth dolly. Note: Three runs of 1.5 sqmm copper cable including ERW steel conduit will be measured as one RM.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of HDPE/GI protection pipe light grade of 32/40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore , wire mesh and lugs, test point etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: G I strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately.
