Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all lead and lift including carriage of materials, complete G.S. sheet:- in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.(Dismantled material to be handed over to the deptt.) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge..

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads & lifts including carriage of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractor.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. upto plinth level. for mass concrete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : - (c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (d) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm. Wide , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work Mechnically Mixed and vibrated in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :- 1:1.5:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete, upto floor all levels :- Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm (Six milimeter) thick cement plaster 1:5 (One cement isto Five coarse sand) finished rough with sponge, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

6mm (Six milimeter) Cement Plaster to ceiling. In cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately):- Sal wood including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws :35mm thick shutter with ISI marked M.S. pressedwood complet in all respect including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with spall and consolidating with Hand/power roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc, complete as per HP. PWD specification. 100mm spreed thickness (Finished work including materials and labour)complete in all respect including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand) : 25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slabs 25 mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (Twelve milimeter) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick :Ply wood 5 ply, 9 mm thick:-Decorative plywood both side decorative veneer (Type - I) conforming to IS 1328 BWR type complete., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick with Float glass panes :-4 mm thick glass pane, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete :-300x16mm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (One cement isto Three course sand is to Six graded stone aggregare 20mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Applying priming coat:-With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required:complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge
