Urgent Repairs/Renewal of Central Type AC Plants with Connected Items at 1200 LT Magazine NAD of Naval Station Naval Station Bheemunipatnam

The following repairs are required urgent basis for smooth running of AC plant the pertaining to this Division. The same may please be carried out through local trade/market :- (a) Material & Labour for carrying out the leak test for the Screw chiller 90 TR Capacity system by extracting the existing available gas from the system to seperate cylinder storing and pressurizeing the complete system with dry nitrogen and check the leak rectification of leaks by brazzing /welding at the leak points /replacing by damaged valve gland package /gasket etc,and after rectification of all leak pressure testing complete system after releasing the dry nitrogen and charging the refrigerent gas to system and testing and comissioning the plant checking all control complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- i) refrigerent gas shall be measured and paid seprately under relevent item as supply and charging only.

Material & Labour for carrying out the descaling of the shell & Tube condensers by isolation of each condenser by providing of dummy plate for inlet & outlet connection and separation of condenser from water circulation without disturbing the operation of the AC plant, carrying out the descaling by circulation of the diluted scale removing agent organic compound type chemical of DC-90 Brand at the appropriate ratio depend upon as recommended by manufacturer and the scale deposit inside copper tube by forced circulation and opening the end covers, mechanical brushing the copper tubes with nylon brushes of various size to remove complete scale, de-greasing with caustic soda solution and flushing out with fresh water, refixing all disconnected pipes lines, end covers with new rubber gasket and opening water line valves and checking of water leakages, apply grease to all M.S. Bolts & Nuts and put the condensers of the 90 TR capacities in operational complete all as directed.

Supply and chargeing refrigerent Gas R -134 a all as specified and as directed Make -Floron

Material and Labour for dismantling unserviceable Butterfly valves any type 125 mm dia and supply and fix new valve 125 mm dia , butterfly type , including replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets all as directed.

M&L for taking down defective unserviceable pressure gauge supply and fix new pressure gauge (0-5 kg /cm sq ) chiller/condenser water line and all as specified and as directed.

Servicing Compresor electrical , Display units,and Programmable Control Board [PCB] for Central type AC Plant Compressor unit Model no-30XW0312,. repairing,starting, the operating parameter of the chillers checking any vibration,functioning microprocessor,flow swich calibration ,HP/LP cut out swich ,oil pump and oil heater the AC plant till smooth running and setting up the alignment required parameter of all minor parts such as compressor microprocessor based central AC plant ,replacement of burnt out lugs,busbar unserviceable contactors, cleaning of panel, checking of serviceable and operational condation pannel of timer and refixing, ensure of panel door closing, checking of internal wiring complete all as manufacturees instruction all as general repair smooth and trouble free operation of plant to the entire satisfaction ,Engineer -in- charge
