Dismantling post or struts (wood , steel or RCC) of any section any description and in any position including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling post or struts (wood , steel or RCC) of any section any description and in any position including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling chain link fencing of any type fixed in any situation including flat iron MS round bars, mounted on nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire , etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc). including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting , etc., and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all specified and directed.

Fixing Only the barbed wire of any position retrieved in serviceable Condition including taking Down the Barbed Wire from any position complete all as specified and directed

Restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc barbed wire fencing of any description and in position complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Mild Steel round bars complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n.exc 5cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, n exc. 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block masonry built in cement mortar of any description in any position complete all as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:10) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete/ fair surfaces of block masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles Laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and Material and labour for 15-20mm thick Endura paver tiles of size 300X300mm coloured tiles , in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of size 300X300X100mm PCC grade M-15 (design mix)and of shape and size as directed , set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
