Repairs to chair tubular with arms steel and replacement of components:-

Removing existing unserviceable seat frame with cane plastic and replacing with and including seat made out of sheesham wood duly polished and caned with cane conforming to IS-5378-1994, type-1, 2mm wide plastic cane (White Colour) half round, border all around shall be caned with 3 mm wide cane plastic half round complete, in Godrej pattern, seat fixed with nuts and bolts to chair frame, including provision by welding of MS flat 25 X 3mm 02 Nos (front & back) beneath the seat all as specified and as shown on drawings and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make of cane: Indian Plastic, Garware Plastic, ‘SHAH’ brand or ‘Premier’.(FD-75)

-ditto- all as per item No 1.01 above but back of chair tubular steel with arms.

Material & labour for replacement of old unserviceable hand rest with new hand rest made out of sheesham wood duly polished complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

Material & labour for replacement of old unserviceable PVC shoes with new PVC shoes complete all as shown on drawings and as directed.

Material for preparation the old painted surfaces, removing the denting etc and painting by applying single coat of synthethic enamel of OG/Grey cilour to chair tubular with arms steel frame complete

Repairs to Chair Varandah

Material & labour for removing existing old nylon newar from chair verandah and recanning of the chair verandah with high density polyethylene cane, 3.50 to 4mm wide, 0.50mm thick, half round, conforming to IS-5378-1994, type-1, white in colour, weaving in the pattern shown on drawing No FD-256/FD-359 or in Godrej pattern or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete as specified and as directed.(FD-256)

Supply & fix in replacement PVC shoes of chair verandah, white in colour, all as shown on drawing number FD-256/FD-359.

Material & labour for preparation of previously painted chair verandahs by thoroughly cleaning the surfce to remove dirts, oils, dust, rust flakes and paint flakes using wire brush or sand papers, damp clothe or as directed: priming the surfaces with anti corrosive primers using suitable sprayers; also applying metal enamel paint using sprayers till glossy finish is obtained; complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR DINING:- Removing following old and unserviceable parts / components of “CHAIR DINING ” and S&F new parts / components of same size, existing pattern and same material of same texture, with necessary beading, screw, etc and polishing complete all as shown on drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Drg No FD-279)

Stiffener of back made of first class hard wood (teak wood).

Material & labour for preparation of old polished surfaces by scrapping and cleaning and applying one coat of raw sena and two coats of french polish to chair dining, all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material & labour for replacement of old unserviceable PVC shoes with new PVC shoes complete all as shown on drawings and as directed.

CHAIR EASY:- Removing following old and unserviceable parts / components of “CHAIR EASY” and S&F new parts / components of same size, existing pattern and same material of same texture, with necessary beading, screw, etc and polishing complete all as shown on drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Drg No FD-229)

General Repairs Material & labour for welding upto 5mm long welding to steel frame with electric welding and smoothening of the welded portion complete, all as shown on drawing.

Repairs to Chair Computers (MAP)

Material & labour for replacement of existing old unserviceable seat of chair computer with new one made of 75 mm thick polyurethene foam of 32 density fixed over 12 mm thick commercial BWR grade plywood ISI marked made to shape,duly covered with approved quality of tapestry cloth (costing not less than Rs. 150 per Rm of standard available width) and PVC leaping all around, all as specified on drawing.(FD/E6/MAP/01)
