Conducting Reconnaissance survey including collection of pavement and Cross Drainage work details of the existing road including submission of inception report covering the entire project length complying with standard and as directed by the departmental officer including all incidental charges.

Traffic Survey analysis and forecasting (a) Conducting Classified traffic volume count & Origin - Destination survey including supply of Enumerators, hire charges for working tables, PVC chairs, Samiyana, electrical arrangements during night time, etc. for 24 hours as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge and submitting the report in standard forms including all incidental charges.

(i) At outer Cordon points (2 Nos.)

(iI) At Inner Cordon points (Major junctions - 4 Legged Junction (4 Nos.))

(b) Conducting Turning movement survey including suppy of Enumerators, hire charges for working tables, PVC chairs, Samiyana, electrical arrangements during night time, etc. for 24 hours as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge for 3 days (3 Legged junctions, 9 locations) and submitting the report in standard forms including all incidental charges.

(c) Conducting Journey Time - Jouney Delay time survey including supply of Technical Assistant, hire charges for light moving vehicle, etc. complete at 3 occasions (Morning peak, Evening peak and Non-peak hours) on one market day and as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge covering the entire project length and and submitting the report in standard forms including all incidental charges.

(d) Conducting Spot Speed Survey including supply of Technical Assistant, hire charges for light moving vehicle, etc. complete at 3 occasions (Morning peak, Evening peak and Non-peak hours) on one market day and as per the instructions of Engineer in-charge covering the entire project length and and submitting the report in standard forms including all incidental charges.

Analysis with forecasting of traffic data collected from different components of traffic survey data by means of analysis of traffic count, analysis of delays, analysis of speed-flow characteristics, analysis of origin and destination data, analysis of speed and delay characteristics, etc., projection of traffic data for this project and presenting the analysed data in necessary forms, tables and diagrams as per the codal provisions of IRC up to final approval including all incidental charges.

Conducting Topographic survey along prject length including all junctions and branching roads by using Total Station for bring all the existing details features into the drawing and to facilitate to draw longitudinal and cross sectional details of the proposed work as instructed by the Engineer incharge including all incidental charges.

Submission of three alternate alignment and Analysis of alignments up to final approval from alignment committiee including all incidental charges.

Preparation of Alignment, GAD, Site plan and cross sections based on the topographic survey for getting final approval of the alignment committiee including all incidental charges.

Fixing temporary bench marks at 100m intervals along the approved alignment as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work as per standards including all incidental charges.

Sub Soil Investigation: Geotechnical investigation for new bridges and other structures (a) Conducting core cutting and collecting samples with power drilling machine to 100mm (4'') dia in all classes of soils excluding hard disintegrated rock laterite and soft rock, hard rock including required all laboratory tests as directed by the departmental officers and collection of soil samples and properly packing the same in polythene covers, including transportation charges for boring machine with all accessories to worksite with loading and unloading charges erection and placed in position including hire and labour charges for compressor and fuel charges for operation including cost of Bentanite powder, including watering charges etc, complete including all incidental charges. as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work

(b) Conducting core cutting and collecting samples with power drilling machine to 100mm (4'') dia disintegrated rock/Kankar rock including required all laboratory tests as directed by the departmental officers and collection of samples and properly packing the same in polythene covers, including transportation charges for boring machine with all accessories to worksite with loading and unloading charges erection and placed in position including hire and labour charges for compressor and fuel charges for operation including cost of Bentanite powder, including watering charges etc, complete including all incidental charges. as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work

(c) Conducting core cutting and collecting samples with power drilling machine to 100mm (4'') dia in soft rock including required all laboratory tests as directed by the departmental officers and collection of samples and properly packing the same in polythene covers, including transportation charges for boring machine with all accessories to worksite with loading and unloading charges erection and placed in position including hire and labour charges for compressor and fuel charges for operation including cost of Bentanite powder, including watering charges etc, complete including all incidental charges. as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work

(d) Conducting core cutting and collecting samples with power drilling machine to 100mm (4'') dia hard rock including required all laboratory tests as directed by the departmental officers and collection of samples and properly packing the same in polythene covers, including transportation charges for boring machine with all accessories to worksite with loading and unloading charges erection and placed in position including hire and labour charges for compressor and fuel charges for operation including cost of Bentanite powder, including watering charges etc, complete including all incidental charges. as directed by the departmental officers in charge of the work

Collection of soil samples from existing road at regular intervals as per the standards of soil sample collection including transportation to the laboratory as directed by the Engineer in charge including all incidental charges.

Conducting Pavement Condition Survey by means of Benkleman beam deflection test to determine the deflection of pavement under a standard wheel load based on IRC guidelines and as per the instructions of Engineer in charge including all incidental charges.

Preparation of detailed design of foundation, sub-structure and super structure of the proposed elevated highway including portal frame structures in incestinated locations, ramps, pedestrian subway (2 Nos), embankment, drainage system, traffic safety features, road furnitures, road markings, Arboricultrue and landscapping, etc. and all required components of this project, including schedule of Reinforcement & Structural drawings,detailed estimate etc. as per SSRB, IRC & MoRT&H specificaiton in CD & Booklets up to final approval as directed by the Engineer incharge including all incidental charges.

Preparation of Land Plan Schedule (LPS) including collection of field maps, patta, chitta, owner details, marking centre line of alignment, specification report, abstract of land acquisition area in proper forms and combined FMB and individual FMB for each field along with necessary individual drawings and necessary area calculations, etc., in standard format including value of buildings required under acquisition required to submit to the revenue department for further processing approval and necessary revisions till approval including all incidental charges.

Preparation of report for the shifting of service utilities with necessary drawings and get approval from the various departments / agencies.

Preparation of Draft Detailed Project Report covering all aspects like specification report, detailed estimate, detailed design, drawings and other supporting details for final approval in soft and hard copies (8 sets) including all incidental charges.

Preparation of environmental impact assessment (EIA) report alongwith Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R) report as per the standard guidelines of Government of Tamil Nadu and Government of India in the prescribed format for a highway project including all incidental charges.

Preparation of final DPR and bid documents for calling tenders for the construction of elevated highway with necessary copies required for the deparmental purposes and tender process in soft and hard copies including Preparation of required numbers of 3D models of the proposed Elevated Highway including LED light arrangements, etc including all incidental charges.

Pedestrian movement study for pedestrian subway locations and submission in standard format including all incidental charges.

Preparation of Power Point Presentation for Technical Audit Committee approval of the estimate with necessary soft and hard copies in required numbers including all incidental charges..

Testing of soil samples collected from exixting road site at any HRS Regional Laboratory including sieve analysis, determing PD, CBR, fineness, swell index, etc. as per standard specifications as directed by the Engineer incharge including all incidental charges.

Study on geomentrical improvements of major junctions (Ganthi market Junction and Head post office Junction) as directed by the Engineer incharge including all incidental charges.

Study on proposal of Sub Way at required location for pedestrian crossing at Two Junctions (Anna statue & Mainguard Gate) in cunsultation with Engineer incharge.
