Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding including padding cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) laid on roof in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof slab/canopies/chajjas with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instruction and make surface to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separetaly under relevant item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing, clean and dried plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane mineral wool finish with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/primer @ 250gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 25 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 25mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 20 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15 mm to 20 mm bore old steel/PVC pipe and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) including taking up or down steel /PVC pipe and all fitting and fixtures etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terracing,wall cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including complete treatment if any complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) as 1st coat and 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as 2nd coat on brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Liquid water proofing compound of approved make shall be used as per manufacures (iii) Quoted rate included scafoldinig.necessary safety arragements etc.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based paint (exterior emulsion paint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

All as per serial item number 15.00 above but for capacity exceeding 500 litre & not exceeding 1000 liter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exceeding 250 litres & not exceeding 500 litres capacity

Supply and fix 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (white colour), three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exceeding 500 litres & not exceeding 1000 litres capacity.

Supply and fix 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (white colour), three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Supply and fix 20mm bore, ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm bore, gun metal or globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, PVC rain water pipes of 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipe (Type 'B') single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC 75mm dia (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bend any radius for 110 mm bore pipe incl jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bend any radius for 75 mm bore pipe incl jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal for 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal for 75mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing split type AC of 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity, from one location and re- fixing the AC at Same location/other location as directed, including replacement of 3 core copper cable require for connecting IDU & ODU, additional copper tube if required, cleaning the IDU and ODU for smooth functioning etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
