Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of Water Supply Installation at JALKENDRA PUMP HOUSE comprising with Main pump house of centrigugal pump set 150HP -03 Nos, 75HP -03 Nos, Jack well, Filteration plant of vertical Turbine pump set 40HP -03 Nos, 20HP -02 Nos, Monoblock 5HP -06 Nos, Bore well 25HP -04 Nos, collecting water from Gaghru river and ground water from borewell, Aeration, Clari flocculator, Coagulation, Sedimentation, Filtration, Chlorination, Boosting the Water from Clean Water Sump to OH Reservoir, Supply Water by operating Valves and Running of Stand by DG Set with TWO OPERATOR (FGM) & ONE HELPER round the Clock in THREE SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning, Evening & Night Shift) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance like Clearing, Cleaning of Machines, Equipments and Hourly Reading, Recording of Each Plant. Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the Contractor to all Equipments Pump Housewise in Standard Proforma to make Record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Engine Oil, DHPP for running the DG Set as required shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as ‘FREE-FOR-USING & RUNNING’ (c) SHIFT DUTIES (TIMMINGS) (i) Morning Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours (ii) Evening Shift : 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours (iii) Night Shift : 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours

Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of over head reserviours of 4 Lakhs Gallons at PRATP NAGAR OHT's comprising with water distribution system (reaching to the users permises) after pumping the installations OH Reserviors by operating valves with ONE VALVE MAN round the Clock in TWO SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning & Evening) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance, operating of OH tanks valves of any size, maintaing records of valves operations in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge.
