Water proofing treatment by employing complete package of Elastomeric or PU based technology on De-aerator floor of unit-6 at STPS

Cutting chase up to 125 x 150 mm. and subsequent mending of damages. (a) in brick wall [Cement-3.6 Kg/Mtr]

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In 25.50 Mtr. level roof. Upto 150 mm. thick.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, ceilings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (In 25.50 Mtr. level roof). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:4 cement mortar 20 mm thick plaster.

Ordinary cement concrete (Mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, In 25.50 Mtr. level including roof as per relevant IS Codes. Pakur Variety

Surface preparation with primer coat Surface cleaning with Water Jet having suitable pressure to ensure complete cleaning of foreign particles, fungi & algae, loose mortar etc., cutting the all cracks by machine in "V" shape and cleaning the dirt and loose particles then providing and applying unibond, non-shrink paste having suitable Movement Accommodation Factor and after drying overnight, providing and applying fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing with resilient acrylic polymers having suitable solar reflective index (SRI) for cooling up to 8 Degree C on top of concrete roof one coat of self-priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid as per approved & reputed manufacturer’s specification including cost of materials, labour, tools & tackles all complete as per satisfaction & direction of EIC.

Coating Application (03 Coats) Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing with resilient acrylic polymers having suitable solar reflective index (SRI), cooling up to 8 Degree C on top of concrete roof in three coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (with specified DFT) having outstanding crack bridging as per approved & reputed manufacturer’s specification including cost of materials, labour, tools & tackles all complete as per satisfaction & direction of EIC.

Removal of rubbish materials etc. from the working site and disposal the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the plant/municipal/corporation rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of EIC.
