Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. and M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:10) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces / stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/ paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base/hardstanding and finishing top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and direccted.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base and finishing top surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and direccted.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and Material and labour for prepolished cement concrete tiles with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments 300 mm X 300mm X 20mm thick, machine pressed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota/ Granite stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning and the voids shall also be filled with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc and M & L for mild steel framed work [Fe-410-W (grade 250) quality A] as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings, doors etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' in 100 mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed including taking out existing jointig materials and removing from site.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in benching, surface channels including fair finishes of surfaces, chamfering, throating and weathering and necessary form work complete as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth by using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.. Note: From work required for these items included in the unit rate of this item

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement , including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced Cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, Pillars,Piers, Posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars ,10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm and over upto and including 10 mm dia , as in stirrups , spacers , and binders , cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for coloumns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat fair finished surfaces complete all as directed.

S & F for formwork for roughed finished surfaces of concrete to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing Only the barbed wire of any position retrived in serviceable Condition including taking Down the Barbed Wire from any position all as specified and directed

Restraining & resecuring including making good staples etc barbed wire fencing of any description and in position complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing of any size and type (Size of mesh shall either be 100 x 100 mm sqaure of 75 x 75 mm square as directed by the Eng - in - charge) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete with PCC type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard / dense soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 and n exc. 250 Sq Cm , with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed

S & F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooking endss and binding with MS wire 0.9 mm dia annealed all as specified confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, ach screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15 cm and not exc 22.5 cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new undecorated steel surfaces of any description and in any position exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description and in any position exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for galvenised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood , steel or RCC) of any setion any description and in any postion including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good the distrubed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in the any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
