PROVIDING SERVICING FOR DISMANTLING OF THERMAL INSULATION AT HBL PLANT SUGAULI, EAST CHAMPARAN

Dismantling of Thermal Insulation: The scope of work includes dismantling and removal of existing thermal insulation from various boiler and flue gas ducting systems, including boiler ducts, economizer ducts, ESP sections, ID fan casings, water walls, boiler roof, hoppers, and steam drum to mud drum walls, as detailed below: 1. Boiler outlet to economizer inlet duct 2. Economizer outlet to APH inlet duct 3. ESP inlet & outlet cone 4. ESP outlet to ID fan inlet 5. ID fan casing – Qty: 02 nos. 6. Rear side water wall 7. Boiler L.H. & R.H. water wall 8. Boiler roof 9. Economizer hopper – Qty: 03 nos. 10. APH hopper – Qty: 04 nos. 11. Steam drum to mud drum wall (both sides) • The contractor shall carry out dismantling activities carefully without causing damage to adjacent equipment and structures, and ensure proper housekeeping during execution. • All dismantled insulation materials, debris, and scrap generated during the course of the job shall be collected, shifted, and stacked at the designated location within the plant premises up to a lead distance of 1 KM, as directed by HBL. • Please refer to the work scope as mentioned in the Special Terms & Conditions of the tender document.
