Facelifting of Power House power house

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge: In cement mortar:

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit in the required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work up to plinth level.1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.Power house walls

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10sqm on existing cement paint surface) Exterior walls

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood

Providing and fixing 35 mm lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of : 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board (decorative lamination on one side and other side balancing lamination) grade-I, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT-I or graded wood particle board FPT-I, IS: 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS: 848 and prelaminated conforming to IS: 12823, Grade-I, Type-II marked :
